Locatie, locatie, locatie. Dit gezellige appartement is ideaal voor iedereen die de volledige Park City-ervaring wil. Gelegen in het hart van de stad - minder dan ½ mijl van het wereldberoemde Park City Mountain Resort. Het appartement ligt net buiten de charmante oude binnenstad met Historic Main Street met vier sterren-restaurants, winkels van wereldklasse en unieke kunstgalerijen. Neem een paar stappen naar Fresh Market voor boodschappen, Starbucks, bioscopen, een slijterij, restaurants, winkels en een van de favorieten van de lokale, Squatters Brewery.

Een van de grootste dingen van deze stad is het GRATIS stadsbussysteem waarmee bezoekers overal de behoefte hebben om zonder auto te gaan, en de stadsbushalte bevindt zich direct achter de deur van uw appartement! Als u ervoor kiest om een auto te huren, is er een gereserveerde carport voor dit apparaat.

De begane grond beschikt over een open lay-out met de keuken open voor de belangrijkste leefruimte, 24 ft plafonds en een mooie, gezellige gashaard om te knuffelen door na een lange dag op de hellingen. De keuken is onlangs bijgewerkt met granieten aanrecht, op maat gemaakte kasten en nieuwe apparaten. De begane grond beschikt ook over een in-unit wasmachine en droger, een eethoek en een kleine damestoilet. Boven zijn er 3 slaapkamers - Een grote master suite met een kingsize bed, een balkon met uitzicht op de bergen en een complete badkamer. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de derde slaapkamer heeft 2 stapelbedden (4 aparte bedden). Het appartement bevat ook kabel en high-speed wifi.

Het appartementencomplex Park Avenue beschikt over een verwarmd zwembad en twee extra grote bubbelbaden, zodat u na een lange dag op en neer kunt genieten van een ontspannend buitenbad. Opmerking: het zwembad en de bubbelbaden zijn gesloten van 20 april-21 mei en 8 september-dec. 5. Tennisbanen zijn niet geopend in de winter.

Tijdens de ZOMER maanden, zult u ook genieten van deze toplocatie, omdat het op de golfbaan van Park City ligt en grenst aan wandel- en fietspaden van wereldklasse. Ons thuis weg van huis biedt het hele jaar door een ongelooflijk avontuur en bevat alle voorzieningen die u zou verwachten in een luxe berghuur, op steenworp afstand van Park City Mountain Resort.

SUNDANCE bezoekers zullen ook dol zijn op de locatie van dit appartement. U kunt lopen naar het bibliotheektheater, het Yarrow-theater, het Eccles-theater of de theaters van het vakantiedorp. Spring op de bus (direct achter je deur) voor de korte rit naar Main Street voor alle actie.

This condo is wonderful. It's in a convenient location (walking distance to theaters, Fresh Market, the library Twisted Fern (a restaurant with delicious food), bus stops to other parts of town, and the condo is well equipped. There was even detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine.The host is extremely accommodating. She let me stay in the condo past the 10 am check out time and last year she let me store my suitcase in the snow closet after I checked out.I hope I get another opportunity to stay in this condo.

Great host, very accommodating! Clean property and very close to Park city mountain. Great location, very close to transit and grocery store. Community pool and hot tubs were fantastic after a day of skiing. Definitely recommend staying here!

New year’s in Park City!

This was our 5th ski trip with good friends and the place was perfect! Our boys had their own room with bunk beds, the kitchen was a perfect place to socialize! Safe neighborhood, comfy beds, and was pretty quiet. Took a bit to figure out the path to the base but we figured it out. The skiing was meh with lack of snow and the ski patroller strike but the place was great!

Amazing Host and Wonderful Property

The host was extremely hospitable; she allowed for early check in, late check out, and storing luggage in a locked storage closet after we checked out. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were power strips by each side of the king bed so that I could charge multiple devices, and on top of all that the water in the showers was delightful. The condo is convenient to theaters, the library, Freshmarket, and buses to many parts of town. I strongly recommend this property and host. I look forward to staying there again.

This place was amazing. It was spacious, comfortable, very convenient for getting around Park City, and, on top of that, the host was wonderful and accommodating. She asked when we were going to arrive and made arrangements to store our belongings until the place was cleaned and ready for moving in. I would jump at the opportunity to rent this place again.

Perfect cozy ski launchpad

Fabulous location, comfortable beds, great kitchen and area to hang out. This condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We were two families of 3, with teen sons who enjoyed the bunk beds. The owners were super helpful and communicative. We’d definitely recommend the place to others and stay again.

Owner is super responsive and very helpful. Location is really good. You do NOT need a car. We rode the bus everywhere with no problem. For a small fee the owner had our condo stocked with food before arrival. What a plus. Highly recommend this service. We had 6 adults on our ski trip. The place needs some updating and housekeeper could do a better job but it was comfortable. The beds were comfortable which is another huge plus. The common hot tubs are nice. Internet is VERY GOOD. Which was a plus for the video production techie's in our group. PN California

Location, then some!

Mackenzie’s condo is as advertised; ideal location! We walked to the shuttle in ski boots and were at PCM in 5 minutes. Fresh Market and good restaurants all close walks too. We walked to/from town more then we shuttled. The condo was clean, comfortable and plenty spacious for six adults. Some updating (bathrooms, carpet) could be done but, honestly, feel like that’s nitpicking. Mackenzie is a pleasure to deal with and runs the process extremely efficiently. If we were to return to Park City I would definitely stay here again.

Met our needs well for Sundance Film Festival

We stayed with a group of friends during the back end of Sundance and then a couple more days, and this place met our needs completely. It is well looked after from beginning to end. The photos give an accurate depiction of the property. The location is excellent, especially for Sundance Film Festival and other times of the year for walking or free shuttle bus access to food stores, shopping, dining and everything Park City has to offer. The condo itself is typical of many built circa 1980: somewhat dated exterior and floor plan, but the place has been updated. Some units of this size in Park City are very "vertical" so you find yourself climbing up and down stairs. This one is on two levels and is long front to back. A nice feature. Everything you need -- and sometimes more than you need -- is onsite. The kitchen in particular is well kitted out for vacation use: There is enough of everything, and it's easy to find (once you figure out what switches control which lights). Example: There appear to be 2 working blenders! Plenty of cookware and utensils, dishes and cutlery. (We made breakfast and some meals in.) The living room is comfortable for a good-sized group, and there are two-plus spaces for seated meals. Should you attempt the 500-piece puzzle, make sure you have some time and a lot of eyeballs and decent lighting. The owner Mackenzie is almost laughably helpful. I don't think I waited 5 minutes for a response to any text message. I would have texted less if I had paid closer attention to the very handy and comprehensive condo orientation book that she provides to users. The pool and hot tub for the complex is down the street a few minutes walk away, and has limited hours. You won't be able to have a late-evening soak.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay in the midst of the Enchanting Natural Beauty of Telluride

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the Park City area in general. The unit is very convenient and very comfortable. We really liked the layout, the interior views and the covered parking. Perhaps some updating would make it even better. Nothing major, just a few loose plumbing fittings, new carpeting maybe. The furniture in the courtyard looked as though it had been discarded. Maybe it should be.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent. Condo is spacious and clean. We even drove to PCMR to ski as the drive felt like half a mile. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were downplayed a bit. They are very nice and we enjoyed them just about every day.

Clean, Spacious, and Convenient

A group of 7 of us, all adults, stayed here for a week and it was perfect. It was very clean and spacious, enough room for all of us and had all of the amenities you would need for your stay. Very close distance to the bus stop which we walked to everyday. In just a few minutes you can be in the Park City or Canyons ski base. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

A terrific condo perfect for our Sundance-attending group! Clean, well-appointed, and spacious, with all the amenities (and super soft sheets!!). Plus an excellent location - literally across the street from Fresh Market and the DoubleTree. Quiet condo complex, too, and key-entry so easy. Hosts very friendly and accommodating, with prompt communication, and flexible on check in/check out. Just wonderful. Highly recommend. We will be back. Thank you!!

Very comfortable, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of room, the furniture was all very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils we needed. The location was wonderful - right on the bus line in both directions and with grocery and retail shopping a few steps awaay. We walked downtown for dinner - might be a bit long for some but we're walkers so it was great. Plus it's downhill on the way home! Park City Mountain Resort was just around the corner. We had one non-skier in our party so she was our "driver" and was able to drop us off and pick us up in a matter of minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Arrived SLC Christmas day from Seattle—and although probably more snow to ski in WA, we loved our get-away and spreading out in this comfy and cozy condo—more like a townhome, great parking, within walking to Fresh Market grocer and Rite-Aid. Shuttle for ski and to Main St is easy walk to Park Ave, right outside the property. Amazing quiet and clean unit. Everything was ready and organized, including instructions and ideas in a great condo handbook. We would definitely stay again. We brought our 10-lb 11-yr old havanese—nothing like having the whole family together for the holidays. Easy check-in and check-out, too. Thank you Mackenzie for being there if needed. Very responsive with our many questions. Loved our welcome basket too. So many nice touches which we truly truly appreciated. I’m sensitive to odors and this was a fresh clean unit! So grateful. And what a great comfy couch, as were the beds! Park City is beautiful! Would love to come back when there is more snow!!

Absolutely wonderful!

Great place for a quick get away! We love Park City and enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. Clean, comfortable and a great location. It was like our home away from home and was happy to see they even had hot chocolate which came in handy the day it snowed! Looking forward to staying here again!!

Nice location and good value for price.

Park city is pretty nice and very nice people. If you go during summer can get a little warm.....no air.
