De ruimte

Deze prachtige ruimte is volledig open, maar gezellig en heeft een vibe 'moderne berg chic'. Gastronomische keuken, mooie slaapkamers, spa-achtige baden. Comfy voor 6 personen met een memory foam slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Keuken: Volledige gastronomische keuken met ingebouwde bar met wijn / bier koelkast. wafelijzer, elektrische koekenpan, 5 pits gasfornuis, blender, magnetron, crockpot, Keurig, en alle gemakken van thuis!

Master bedroom: Queen bed met deur naar patio. 43 "inch tv met kabel. Master badkamer heeft een douche met 4 douchekoppen, bad en dubbele wastafel.

Gast slaapkamer: hetzelfde formaat als Master met queen bed. Deur naar patio. 32 "inch tv met kabel. Vlak naast Gast badkamer met spa douchekop, bad en glas schip zinken.

Garage: Ondergronds parkeren in de aangewezen plek en afgesloten opslag voor ski's en / of fietsen.

Gasten hebben volledige toegang tot het appartement, berging, een parkeergarage. Er is een kleine kast eigenaar die kunnen worden vergrendeld uitgeschakeld.

Ik ben beschikbaar als veel en / of zo weinig als je wilt. Als het apparaat is net gerenoveerd, zal ik te allen tijde beschikbaar zijn via tekst voor eventuele vragen.

Het doet er niet makkelijker dan dit! Als je een auto, parkeer hem in de garage en neem de prachtige Park City bus systeem dat is GRATIS, schoon en FAST (geloof me, ik ben niet een bus meisje!)

Ideal Lodging for Park City Ski Trip

The unit was conveniently located, very well appointed (private hot tub was a luxury!) and comfortable for a week-long ski trip. We ate out every night because it was so close to Main Street restaurants, but it almost seemed a shame because the unit was very well equipped for cooking. Would definitely seek it out whenever staying in Park City.

Perfect Park City get-away

This townhome is in the perfect location for a long weekend get away to ski, hike, bike, or just enjoy the city. Just up the hill from historic downtown (and the bus depot), we walked every afternoon to grab a bite and shop. We rode e-bikes on all the bike trails (there are many) and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The home is very well equipped for cooking and relaxing - the hot tub was great after long day of riding & hill walking! King bed was comfy and there’s plenty of room to spread out. The storage room in the garage was perfect for storing our bikes (or skis etc) so we knew they were safe although the area feels very safe too. The decor in the home is cozy and comfortable too. Loved our stay. Be prepared, you do have to navigate one set of stairs from garage up to main level, but that worked just fine for us. We will def return next time to ski a little earlier in the season. Slopes still open but snow a little heavy for us. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Condo!

The condo was in excellent condition, conveniently located within walking distance of Park City and a short bus ride to the Canyons. The host was outstanding, responding to any questions or concerns almost immediately. Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location

The condo had a beautiful view of nearby mountains. We watched the fireworks on New Year’s Eve from the living room. It was a short walk to the bus stop that took us directly to Deer Valley, which was extremely convenient. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and the hot tub was a very welcome feature. Sarah was responsive and accommodating. Would love to stay again!

19 nights of quiet

First off, the host is on top of everything and accessible at all times. I wanted a quiet home as I was working 10 hour days, and got my request. I liked the location and ability to get to needed facilities was easy. Kitchen is loaded with all you need. Rain shower head is relaxing. Underground parking looked good, although my full size Ford Transit would not fit in the door. Parked 1 house away and had no issues. I would easily stay again

Great spot to land after skiing

The condo was clean & perfectly appointed. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Hot tub was key after long days on the slopes. Location is super close to the transit center for all bus stops as well as any part of downtown Park City. Great, quiet neighborhood. As long as your tired legs can walk back up the hill in the evening, you’re good.

We just had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s condo very close to Main St./Old Town Park City. We were a family of four skiing at Deer Valley. It was nicely located on the shuttle route to Deer Valley and a short walk to Old Town. The condo is newly renovated and spacious, with a personal hot tub on the patio. Sarah was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay!!

Sarah is a great host. She communicated to make sure we had everything we needed multiple times. The condo is fantastic. There were 3 to 4 of us who stayed. There was plenty of room and the condo is equipped with everything you need. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing.

Great Family Ski Condo

This property had great walking access to Park City and was very close to the Deer Valley bus. It made for a easy ski day with our family. The condo itself was very well decorated and provided the perfect amount of space for our family. We would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

Quick trip to Park City

In general good stay. Could use a few curtains where there are none and some more table and floor lamps, most lighting is overhead only. Floors are directly above the garage and therefor cold, area rugs would be nice. Overall solid 4 stars out of 5.

Family’s First Ski Trip

Family of four with two children, aged 9 and 13. The home was decorated nicely and the location could not be beat. The home had everything you need for everyone to enjoy. The property managers checked in a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is just as described in the listing. The home is walking distance to the downtown area restaurants and shops. The free bus stop was located just a quick walk from the home and the 5 minute bus ride to snow park lodge was very convenient. Overall we were VERY impressed with everything. Both kids are already asking when we will be able to come back. Thank you!

Beautiful, Spacious and Excellent Location!

Fabulous property within a 5-minute walk to Park City Main Street and one mile from Deer Valley Resort! We could not have imagined anything better in terms of cleanliness, decor and location. The large size of the kitchen and living area were fantastic! Our host was very kind and responsive and even included some Christmas decor and treats - a small tree, poinsettia and yummy box of cookies! We could not be more pleased and would highly recommend this property!

Winter Getaway

Sarah was fantastic! The condo was lovely. The location was perfect. Only 2 small complaints. Fix them and its an overall 5 plus stars. Either the upper condo needs carpet or the place needs better insulation. Our first night we had 2 small dogs upstairs and not sure how many people. We could hear them all night, rolling the ball, moving the bar stools, walking around in what sounded like ski boots. Also, I had to put a blanket in front of the door in the bedrooms. Quite a bit of cold air gets in.

Celebrating Sundance

This property was perfect for our (5) girls' trip to Sundance. The location is out of the hustle and bustle of the festival but totally walking distance to the main street. The hot tub and fireplace were both welcomed treats to our mountain stay. We will look to coming and staying again next year.
