Spring Break Park City
The suite was fantastic! Clean, newer TV/furniture, nice layout, and plenty of room for three of us to spread out and comfortably have a little bit of our own space. The entire unit was somewhat recently updated and much nicer than most of the other units we've rented at other ski resorts. The shared bathroom with dual sinks was plenty large for 2-3 of us to use at one time, and the steam shower with bench was very refreshing. One warning, the TV in the living room is mounted only inches away from the brick fireplace on an immovable mount, we planned to but could not plug in a streaming device to watch our own movies/TV. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints about the rental unit itself! The greater building and services were nice, but literally everything was "valet." Ski storage=valet, ski gear locker=valet, parking garage=valet. It was nice, but not exactly what I was expecting and not really my preference to have people doing everything for me, but we were on vacation so what the heck... The building is also a bit of a maze as it consists of 3-4 different buildings, and they are each connected on different levels, so we spent A LOT of time waiting for and on elevators. All in all, we really enjoyed the unit & property, and would definitely stay there again!

Place was absolutely perfect! So spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Location is unbelievable whether to ski or just enjoy great dining! Will absolutely stay here again!

Great stay after initial headache
Great unit, clean and updated with a nice view. I am a long-time timeshare owner at this very westgate and decided to take a last minute trip this year to enjoy the record snowfall. The unit was great, clean and updated, better than most of the wholly owned units in the Moose and Bison lodges at WG park city. My only issue was at check in. After flying across the country and getting in late at night we were informed there was no record of our name on a reservation for the unit. As I rent my own weeks through VRBO frequently I have always called the front desk to ensure that my renters name was on the reservation and have never had a guest have a check in issue in over 15 years. As we arrived around 9:30pm this was very frustrating. Initially we were told we would need to rent a room for the night while the property contacted the owner. We agreed and got a room. We were told that we would have to vacate that room by 10am the next day and they had no other rooms availalbe for the following night which set off a panic as it was not clear what would happen to our actual VRBO rental. After chatting with vrbo they provided me an alternative number as the primary contact number for the owner was not connecting. I ended up speaking to the owners wife who was in israel, and called her back from the front desk at which point, around 11:30pm, we were finally able to get into the unit we rented. I would recommend any renters call the front desk prior to res to confirm res,

Nice condo in ski in/ski out location
The condo was exactly as described. Fully stocked with shampoo, soap, laundry soap, etc. I wouldn’t have packed so much if I’d known! I loved that the condo was clean and room service/cleaning available throughout our stay. We enjoyed Westgate and loved that we could leave our skis at base with ski services and put boots in locker. A huge plus for me not to trudge through the city in boots! The property is huge and a complete maze, but it offers a lot to do for our teenagers so they loved it. We would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fall Getaway
I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is great and the fall colors were beautiful! Hosts were really helpful. The complex is very large so there is a lot to do but with this made it difficult to find the room my first night. However, once I found it I loved it! Lots of hiking trails near by and a lift about 5 min walk away. Overall, great place to stay!

Nice property, great location
Overall a good experience. Room was fantastic with a few minor issues. Found a piece of chicken under the couch. The sliding bathroom door latch is broken. We will notify the front desk about the issue for repair. The shuttle service is fantastic and easy to get around town. One doesn't even need a car! We asked for early arrival and late check out and we were accommodated. Customer service here is really really good. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent but with some issues
From the moment we stepped inside the place it had a weird smell. After much searching we thought we found the cause. Two drawers filled with food that never got cleaned out. We contacted the owners and they were very quick to respond, that was great. We got the hotel to come and clear out the food and they sprayed the room and even left the spray. However, it didn’t solve the problem. The smell stayed the whole time. 👎🏼 In addition, the place was not very clean. There was food crumbs on the dinning bench and some food on floor under the dinning table. Someone clearly did not wipe it down or vacuum completely. A pile of dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. Luckily I travel with Clorox wipes and there was a vacuum in the closet, Also, found dried food on one of the “clean” dishes. The toilet constantly runs if you don’t jiggle the handle after flushes, the drain in the shower is clogged, and the hair dryer smells like it’s burning when you use it. We knew when paying for the place we were paying for the ski in/out ability. However, given what we paid, I would think things would be a little better and, given the times we live in, the cleaning would have been better, too.

Can't beat it
For Park City you can't beat the Westgate and the village. Hot tub in the unit is amazing, restaurants 200 yards from unit, would definitely come back. Bed super comfy, and best part a brand new sponge for dishes.

Very nice unit.
Wanted a property that had nice amenities for our grandson and the pool option looked great. The unit is very comfortable, nicely decorated, great shower options and perfect for 3 people. Kitchen was well equipped with the exception of no pots nor placemats. The Westcliff complex is huge so be prepared for a lot of walking but the amenities are terrific. Unfortunately, the new building, across the road from the unit’s balcony, is minimizing some nice views. Enjoyed our stay especially The Utes come from behind victory over ASU. Thanks!

Over all very nice just a few problems
We loved the suite itself it was fantastic! The hotel never came and picked up our trash which was annoying. And we were seranaded by jack hammers at 7 am the first couple days, due to some construction behind the hotel where the windows face. I tried to reach out to property owners via text and never got a response so if you have an important question probably try calling.

Normally the best way to reach me is via messages on the VRBO app or email (we sent you a confirmation from our personal email). I am often oversees and don't always get test messages on a timely manner. As far as the noise concern, indeed there was a lot of construction happening the last 2 years at the Canyons, but I am actually surprised that you had so much noise since they are done with the heavy lifting and working now on the interior. Hi Michael, I am sorry for the outside construction noise. Indeed there was a lot of construction in the area over the summer months, but hopefully it is almost over since the new property is opening soon. As far as allergies, we do rent the unit for pet owners, but can't recall when was the last time someone with a cat stayed there. The units are thoroughly being cleaned between stays, but I guess it was not enough. Again, I am very sorry for this inconvenience. regards Rom

The property was great!! I had a couple of questions for the owners and they were quick to respond. Loved what it had to offer for our family with a great pool. We liked the restaurants onsite for a night out and the kitchen in the condo so we had flexibility with our kids to make breakfast as we got going. We liked having options at hands reach.

Spring break in Park City
We had a great stay! This was our first time in Park City. The unit was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Nice location to be able to get out and ski each day and to get into town for shopping and dining. Ski valet, equipment rental all on the property also a big bonus to make things easy. My only feedback on the unit that could use some attention is the shower door does not shut all the way and the mattress on the pullout couch is not very comfortable. We solved the issue by requesting a comforter from housekeeping and we used that to pad it so our daughter slept more comfortably. Also the resort itself is large and the layout can be confusing and lead to long walks to get where you want to go. I would recommend definitely using the map to familiarize yourself when you arrive. Overall a great unit, we had a great vacation! Thank you!

As far as the sofa sleeper mattress I am sorry to hear it was not comfortable. I need to check that mattress again since it is rather new and I was very picky in choosing a good quality mattress. I agree that the resort is big and poorly indicated, even the room numbers are confusing. It has been like this since the beginning and part of it is inherent in the design of the building. The only thing I can say is that I agree that using a map is essential at the beginning. regards Rom

Great location. Walkable skiing and 5 min drive to all that Park City has to offer. Guid food on site. There is new construction going on right outside the balcony but did not bother us.

The property was great and clean. We would’ve liked a heads up about the construction blocking most of our view and the noise from it, kind of put a damper on our honeymoon. Other than that the resort was great.

Indeed they are building a new luxury hotel next door, they are actually almost done and even though the new hotel blocks part of the view from our unit you still have a nice mountain view to the other side which not many units will have after this construction is over

Relaxing
This place is fantastic and we loved being close to the pool and the gym. The bed is really comfortable and it was a wonderful place to stay. We somehow missed the communication about the water being shut off one night but it was ok. The construction is happening outside the balcony but it also wasn’t terrible. We still enjoyed the accommodations.

This place was large and beautiful. Kitchen had all we needed, bathroom was large, clean, and beautiful! Property was great! We had one small issue with washer but the owner resolved it very fast. I would definitely stay again. Hotel has large indoor and outdoor pool.

Great Ski Trip

Location...Location...Location
It doesn't get any more convenient for skiing than this condo. With the gondola a short walk away, ski valet and rental service in-house, and several excellent restaurants close by this location is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The condo is clean and comfortable. There are multiple pools and hot tubs in the building as well as a spa, yoga classes and fitness room. We loved our first visit to this area and hope it won't be our last!
