Gezellig appartement met 2 slaapkamers aan de voet van Park City Mountain Resort. Stappen om te skiën en ook genieten van alle voorzieningen van de stad. Op gratis busroute. Mooie, veilige tuinen, bubbelbaden in de openlucht, overdekte fitnessruimte.

Luxe 2-persoonsbed, 2-bad condominium, in Snowflower complex aan Park City Mountain Resort, gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van de Adelaar en First Time paden. Gerenoveerd voor 2014, mooi gepresenteerd. Ruime grote suite met een kingsize bed met douche en bad; tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed met dubbele XL boven, en een aparte badkamer met douche en diep bubbelbad! Nieuwe queen-size slaapbank in de woonkamer. Volledig ingerichte, moderne keuken om tegemoet te komen voor 8, met ontbijttafel en een aparte eettafel. Woonkamer met gezellige gashaard, internet enabled kabel-tv met geluid-systeem, gratis high-speed draadloos internet, iPod docking systeem. Diverse puzzels, spelkaarten maken een gezellige nacht compleet na een lange dag op de berg! Balkon met uitzicht door de bomen van Uinta bergen naar Oost. (weg van de skipistes, zorgt voor een stille nacht zonder verstoring van sneeuwkanonnen en trimmers!)

Gasten hebben volledige toegang tot de verwarmde kleedkamer met een eigen afsluitbare skiberging en een afstelbank voor het veilig opbergen van ski's. Volledig ingerichte moderne fitnessruimte is in het volgende gebouw en er zijn twee verwarmde buitenzwembaden, een naast de flat (kan neerkijken op het van net buiten de voordeur) en de tweede een korte loopafstand. Twee tennisbanen, verschillende barbecues en picknicktafels op schaduwrijke gazon buiten condo zijn perfect voor gebruik in de zomer.

Blij om te helpen met kortingstarieven voor materiaalverhuur en suggesties voor wat te doen in de stad - waar te eten, luchthaven transfers etc.

Snowflower is uniek in Park City omdat het echt ski-in-ski-accommodaties biedt in een afgelegen privéomgeving. Er is geen weg- of late nachtgeluid op straat in deze ontwikkeling. In de zomer heeft het prachtige koele en schaduwrijke gebieden om van te genieten, en deze worden in de winter een veilig winterwonderland voor kinderen.

Condo ligt op 200m van de lokale busroute, die u door heel Park City brengt, en naar supermarkten, slijterij, bioscopen enz. Er is een overdekte verwarmde garage en elke gast heeft toegang tot een parkeervergunning voor de duur van hun verblijf .

Great for families

Great location. Took the eagle lift every morning and avoided the crowd at the base and the early morning crowds at Bonanza. Easy walking to restaurants in the village. Short bus ride to town. Didn’t need a car.

perfect ski in/out

Fantastic trip! Snowflower is in a great location with many amenities. The ski locker room is clean and warm and just steps to the Eagle lift . The condo itself is great, perfect size for four skiing adults. The 2 bedroom/ two bath works great. The condo shared hot tub is very large and very clean, perfect to ease sore muscles. There is covered parking in which large pickups and suv's fit. There also is a great bus network that takes you downtown Park City, or you can walk in 20 min. Buses also go to Canyons. The condo itself has a nice living area with a warm gas fireplace, well stocked kitchen and plenty of extras throughout. Susie is a great host and we will definitely be back.

Convenient ski stay

We enjoyed our stay! The unit is conveniently located to ski in and ski out. The beds were comfortable, water, pressure and temperature in the showers are also very good. Property manager was very responsive. Uber conveniently picks up/drops off in the garage. We had a wonderful ski vacation.

We had an outstanding stay at Susie's Snowflower condo at the base of PCMR! The condo was well-equipped and met all our needs! The location can't be beat

The condo is spacious, Susie is the epitome of professional, responsive & helpful, but the very best thing about the property is its rare slope slide location. Easy walking access to not just one, but five lifts, all clustered together. Invaluable on busy days to beat the crowds and/or when schlepping kids and all their gear in addition to your own! Just a note on Uber/Lyft in case its helpful for trip planning - found them to be way more expensive than expected with long wait times and frequent cancellations. One example: Booked a ride back to the airport with Lyft but each allocated driver always cancelled before reaching us (presumably for a more profitable opportunity). Switched to Uber and experienced the same and after 6 driver no shows and more than an hour of waiting in the freezing cold after checkout, we had one of Susie's recommended transport services rescue us.

The best location!

This location is amazing for a ski in/ski out property. They have a very convenient ski locker room on the first floor and an elevator up to the 2nd floor where the condo is located. Plenty of room in the condo and has everything you’ll need, it’s older but well maintained. My only complaint is not having laundry in the condo and the laundry room (which is very close by) only takes quarters. I’ve stayed in places where the machines take check cards so you don’t have to remember to get coins while you’re out and about. The condo is also located away from the slopes so you won’t hear the grooming machines all throughout the night and early morning, they can be very loud. We will definitely stay here again. Susie was great to communicate with too, and thought of everything you may have questions about.

We loved staying at this condo. Couldn’t possibly be a better location for ski in and out access! Hot tub was perfect for after a long day on the slopes too! I highly recommend this property and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Enough room for family of 5

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It is a true ski in/ski out with comfortable beds and was well equipped. That being said if you have small children who need to be at ski school before the lifts open at 9:00, there is a short uphill walk to get them there timely. The location is great! You ski down to the first time lift to start your day and can ski right up to the walkway for lunch or the end of the day. The locker downstairs to store your equipment is easy to get to and use. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals there and is close to several restaurants and stores. Parking was easy and spots were available each time we came back. Would definitely stay here again!

Family ski trip

This place was perfect for our family of 4! The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, and a good size. The door code we had didn't work so I called Susie. She picked up and solved the problem before we hung up. I had another minor issue that she took care of immediately. The location to the slopes was so great! The slopes were just a few steps from the locker room where we had a locker to store our ski gear. Easy access to first time, 3 kings, and eagle lifts. My only issue is that the trip went too fast! Great place for a great price. Can't wait to go back!

Great mid-road trip break

Our family stayed here for a few nights to break up our road trip. Had a great time! Quiet location overlooking historical cemetery, condo had everything we needed, enjoyed pool and soaking tub in complex. Easy to take bus downtown. Walked to Park City Mountain for fun at the summer Adventure Park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Its gotta be good if...

Its gotta be good if the only criticism is not having a potato masher! The host was wonderful. The location cannot be beat. I expect that the new Eagle lift (scheduled for 2022-2023 season) will make this an even better location. The "pool" is steps away and kept at 102 degrees. We visited every day. I can't say enough good things about this property.

Excellent location with true ski on/off opportunity. Ski locker is warm and clean, makes for easy storage of gear and just a few short steps to the slopes! You may hear ppl walking in unit above but other than that it’s great!

Perfect spot for skiing families!

We loved the cozy setup, super convenient location to the lift (literally walked out the door, down the sidewalk, then popped on skis to the lift). Everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook/bake, etc, which we did a lot of. There were plenty of fluffy towels in the bathrooms. The outdoor community hot tub was a big hit after skiing & the community gym was nice to have to sneak in a workout on non-skiing days. Susie was great to communicate with & always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
