Rustieke charme op steenworp afstand van de berg Park City



Historisch, rustiek, chalet - een zeldzaam juweel van Park City, genesteld in de berg op loopafstand van de voet van de skilift Silver Star.

Rustiek familiehuis op drie niveaus met grote gastvrije grote kamer. Verzamel het brullende vuur voor een voorproefje van een traditionele Parkstad die allesbehalve verloren is in de moderne wereld van vandaag. Op de bovenste verdieping bevindt zich de master suite, met een kingsize bed en een grote dubbele douche. Geniet van het eigen balkon met uitzicht op de skiheuvel en de Silver Star-stoeltjeslift. De staking kelder heeft nog 2 slaapkamers en gemeenschappelijke 'den' ruimte met kabel-tv, een eigen bubbelbad en familie games. Dit grote chalet heeft veel historische kenmerken en foto's en is eenvoudig en smaakvol ingericht. Het biedt zowel geweldige ruimte als locatie. De nieuwe bedden, banken, een bubbelbad en modern sanitair zorgen voor een veilig en comfortabel verblijf.

Het gehele chalet is beschikbaar voor gebruik door gasten. 3 verdiepingen, 2 privébalkons, gedeelde loopbrug, gedeelde garage en oprit met ruimte voor max. Twee auto's.

In- en uitchecken is super eenvoudig en onafhankelijk. Ik zal zo flexibel zijn als ik kan zijn, afhankelijk van andere boekingen. Ik woon in Park City en ben altijd in de buurt om vragen te beantwoorden, maar ik stoor je niet als je me niet nodig hebt!

De verleiding condos zijn een goed bewaard geheim in Park City. Voornamelijk een wooncomplex, op korte loopafstand van de voet van het Silver Star-skiliftgebied, deze logchalets liggen in de zijkant van de berg. Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 100 meter lopen van de lift (toegankelijk voor skiërs die in staat zijn om blauw terrein te skiën). Het Silver Star-café en de uitrustingswinkel zijn ook daar en prachtige locaties voor ontbijt, lunch of après-ski. Het is zelfs een van de weinige plaatsen die ik heb gevonden om een glühwein op het menu te serveren! Welke betere manier om de middag te eindigen! Als alternatief, de shuttle naar de berg rijdt regelmatig en stopt ongeveer 100yds van het appartement. Het bereiken van de basis van het resort duurt een paar minuten. Hier vindt u alle activiteiten van het resort; skischool, ijsbaan etc, etc.

De pendelbus stopt op een steenworp afstand en biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot alles wat Park City te bieden heeft. De busdienst is gratis en regelmatig. Als u ervoor kiest om een auto mee te nemen, is er een plek in de overdekte garage en een plek op de oprit. Er is geen parkeren op straat voor extra voertuigen.

Excellent place, excellent location

Such a wonderful, comfortable house. We stayed in late March, and getting to the silver star lift was as easy can be. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment, and there's a nice big dining room table to eat as a group. House was clean, and the hot tub was a gift sent from heaven after a full day of skiing. Susie was easy to reach and was very helpful getting us situated. Highly recommend this house for anyone!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Park City property! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the slopes and close to everything we needed in town. It made getting around super easy and convenient for our group.The home itself was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for our party of ten. We never felt crowded, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. One of our favorite features was the working fireplace—it made the space feel so warm and cozy, plenty of wood provided! It really added to the mountain vibe we were hoping for! TVs are wired for streaming and have plenty of options for every one.The amenities were fantastic, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We’re already talking about booking this place again for our next trip!On top of that, the host was absolutely wonderful to work with. Communication was clear and timely, and they provided us with tons of helpful information about Park City and the surrounding area, which made planning our activities a breeze. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and paying was super easy. You can really tell they care about making the experience as enjoyable as possible from start to finish.Highly recommend!

Great condo close to the slopes

Really enjoyed this log cabin condo! We had 10 plenty (4 adults 6 teens) and felt we had plenty of room. One thing that was really awesome is how you can ski down and walk across the street and your home. Susie was an excellent host and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Great property

The house was just what we needed. Space for all of us to spread out a bit, good kitchen. Location was great- conveniently close to the mountain, quiet at night. Know that the master bedroom is a loft upstairs. Hot tub worked well after Ali runs. Garage is not attached,but it was really nice to keep car protected overnight.

Holiday weekend at Park City

The house was great- clean, updated for the most part. Master bed was very comfortable with warm bedding, but fyi- the master is an open loft with a door. So noise definitely carried. Kitchen and bathroom had all basic essentials which was great! Getting to village definitely requires a car or the free shuttle bus. Also- this home is lift adjacent, not ski in/ski out. Thankfully the lift near the property opened on day 3 of our stay and was a 5 min walk to and from. Hot tub was fabulous! Overall a great trip!

Wow, what can I say. Place was perfect for a guys (adult) ski trip. Location worked out wonderfully for lift access as well as access to grocery, shopping and restaurant needs. The wood burn fireplace (with provided firewood) and the private hot tub were icing on the cake. Highly recommended and would definitely return! Thanks Susie!

A warm, gracious CLEAN mountain lidge

Susie was so responsive and accommodating. It was a pleasure to spend time in this sparkling clean, historic home, steps from the base. Also proximate to snow shoeing and cross country skiing trails and a stones throw from local bus stop. Highly recommend! Ps consider adding a blender to the very well stocked kitchen.

Park City Ski Trip

We traveled to Park City with our adult children for a ski trip. This property is very well maintained, comfortable and communication with host was perfect. Location is wonderful. The lifts close to the property were closed due to lack of snow but the parking lot is a two minute drive or about a 5-10 minute walk. The fireplace and hot tub are both added bonuses. We ate in most days/evenings and the kitchen was well equipped to handle all of our needs. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Cozy house perfect for a snowy getaway

Had a great stay at this VRBO! Susie was very communicative and gave great recommendations to me and my friends. The location was convenient, the bus stop is right in front and only a 5 min Uber ride to downtown as well. The house was stocked with lots of cooking gear perfect for making a meal for a larger group on my girls trip and we enjoyed using the amenities. Would book again!

Park City vacation

We traveled to Park City for a weekend golf trip and the property and location checked all of our boxes. Susie was very responsive, professional, and courteous. Check in/out process was a breeze. Only complaint was the hot tub was not working all weekend but other than that this is an excellent condo for friends and family! Hope to visit again soon.

Amazing property that is close to the bus stop to get to town and the slopes. Overall it was a perfect stay, only complaint was that the hot tub had issues with the temperature so we couldn’t use it the last night. Besides that it was an ideal stay.

Peaceful and Perfect

Great location on a dead-end street short walking distance to what feels like a personal ski lift. The SilverStar lift is only accessible to guests in the area, so it's not busy. It also sits between Park City and Canyons resorts, so it is easy to access either ski area. The house is true log construction with a wood burning fireplace for ambiance. A special place.

There is ample space to sleep 10 people and a large common area. 5 minute walk from silver star lift. Hot tub is excellent. Access to garage and house was simple. I would definitely stay here again if I come back!
