The Space:

Elation washes over you as you enter the SERENITY PENTHOUSE with its towering, vaulted ceilings and two-story high picture windows flooding the two-bedroom penthouse residence with natural light.



Even catching fresh air is a breeze as you wander out onto one of two balconies and two covered decks where the silence hits you like falling snow.



This luxurious ski-in/ski-out loft is located in the Hyatt Centric Park City, a deluxe complex loaded with amenities and a location that cannot be beat! Not only is it located next to a ski-lift that gives you access to the Canyons and Park City Mountain Resorts, but it is also mere steps away from the new ski beach and the Canyons Village Center with bustling shops, restaurants, and entertainment.



Surrounded by gorgeous trees and the idyllic Wasatch mountains, the Serenity Penthouse is the perfect perch to pursue privacy and tranquility while also enjoying the excitement of the outdoors and the best of what Park City has to offer.



The master bedroom with its cozy king bed, fireplace, dedicated workspace, and large en-suite bathroom also boasts its own private deck where alone time with a book or a cup of coffee comes easy like the breeze through the trees.



It is conveniently located close to the living area, which hosts a stunning living room, a guest bathroom, modern kitchen area ideal for those with a passion for cooking, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. A large dining table is perfect for home-cooked meals, boardgames or puzzles! And with a queen sleeper sofa there is enough room for the whole crew to call it a night.



Upstairs you will discover one of the Serenity Penthouse’s best features; a cool convertible corner that turns from a lounge area with its own TV into a queen sleeper, where with the touch of a button you can envelope yourself in luscious noise-reducing curtains that provide ultimate privacy and lighting control.



The top floor also features our Serenity King suite with its comfortable king bed, fireplace, dedicated workspace, kitchenette, en-suite with tubs and walk-in showers, and a private balcony. For additional privacy the suite offers a separate entrance in addition to entry through the front door of the Serenity Penthouse.



Leaving this opulent oasis might not be easy, but if you want to venture out Park City’s mostly FREE public transportation will get you carried away. High Valley Transit allows you to use the bus and shuttle transportation completely free if you download the app. It serves most of the popular tourist attractions, shops and restaurants in Park City and is a safe and reliable way to get around. And with Canyons Village Connect you can travel anywhere within the Canyons Village, also completely free!



But you won’t need a shuttle to hit the slopes when you are staying here! The Hyatt Centric is located right next to a ski-lift giving you access to the Canyons and Park City Mountain Resorts for world class skiing and snowboarding.

Nice ski in/out!

Property as advertised. Great location and great unit. Initially some issues with the cleaners and kitchen cleanliness but management very responsive. See you next time!!
