The Space:
The location of this charming condo truly cannot be beat, placing you close enough to the base of Park City Mountain Resort that you can see the ski runs from the intimate, outdoor patio. With fresh, mountain-minded decor, an incredible location and luxurious amenities, this studio that can sleep four is the perfect getaway from which you can enjoy endless mountain adventures.

As soon as you enter this fabulous studio, you are greeted in casual, mountain style by a one-of-a-kind coat rack crafted from long jumping skis. Store your gear and continue into this bright and open space where you will find a spacious living area with a large, flat-screen TV and plush, modern furniture with views of the nearby Park City Mountain Resort base. Then head outside to the private, outdoor patio that seats two and offers up spectacular views of the mountain, village and ski runs.

Whip up some hot chocolate and warm up on the roomy couch or cozy armchair while you watch the skiers make their way down the slopes. You can cuddle up and take in a favorite show on the large flat-screen TV or set up a game on the coffee table. When it’s time to tuck in, you will find that this gorgeous living area packs a dynamic and efficient punch with a queen-size Murphy bed and full-size bed that pulls out from the sofa, making for a dreamy sleeping space where you can rest up for another day of fun.

A small, but efficient kitchen area has everything you need to whip up a quick meal, with a toaster, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher for easy clean up all packed into this charming space. A cozy dining area for two just off of the kitchen makes for convenient access and can double as a work space, if needed.

A full bathroom completes the space and is ideally located just off of the entrance of the home. Bright and clean, it boasts a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This fantastic condo also enjoys access to many fabulous amenities, including a hot tub and a community indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center in the north building of the lodge just past the Resort Center Ice Rink.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire condo, private outdoor patio, community indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, and shared hot tub. You will also have access to one free parking space in the underground parking, with a parking pass that will be provided.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience the incredible Park City Mountain Resort, with its world-class ski and snowboard terrain, Resort Center Ice Rink and various shops and eateries. With the Payday Express Lift just steps away from the condo, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide and Coaster for a one-of-a-kind experience in the summer months. Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, is also a short bus ride away, with its many restaurants, galleries, breweries, boutiques, shops and museums.

Getting Around:
The Park City Main Street Historic District is a short, 8-minute ride away on the FREE Park City Transit Bus' Green Route. The Park City Mountain stop is just a 3-minute walk from the condo. Once on Main Street, take advantage of the FREE Main Street Trolley, which makes for a charming way to explore this fantastic area. You also have unparalleled access to the slopes with the Payday Express Lift located steps away from the entrance of the condo, placing you at the base of one of the best ski resorts in Park City. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Please note that like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Please note that oversized vehicles will not fit in the parking structure, please check the www.visitparkcity site if you need any information on where/how to park an additional or oversized vehicle.

No more than one vehicle per unit may be parked in the Lodge parking at any given time.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
