Pictures showed 4 beds, but there are only 3. Pullout worked, but was surprised when we arrived. Other than that, nice place to stay.

The condo was in close proximity to the slopes and downtown. Shuttle stop was conveniently located right outside the unit. Would definitely recommend.

Great location!!

Location was great and within walking distance to Main St. The underground parking garage was very convenient. Condo was as advertised and clean. A few minor items to be fixed (queen headboard, garbage disposal, etc.) but nothing that was a major issue. Would have liked instructions on how to use the gas fireplace. Hot tub was amazing and always ready. Check out time was too early (10:00am) but otherwise great stay and would consider again on next trip.

Don’t stay here!

The listing states this unit is “luxurious”. That is giant stretch, please read this: Upon our arrival, we noticed that ALL of the smoke detectors were missing…literally wires hanging from the ceiling in every room. Smoke detectors are a basic & inexpensive safety feature. Totally necessary in every home; especially those with fire places. We also noticed a strange sound coming from the kitchen faucet. When we looked under the sink, there was a old, but active, water leak! In fact, the extra roll of paper towels under there was completely soaked through. One of the beds was falling apart. Loose hardware at both the head and foot board. Large gaps between the wood frame and noticeable failed attempts to fix it. In that same bedroom, there was a huge glob of bubblegum stuck to the bedside table! Gross. How do your cleaning service folks not see that?! The console table in the dining room was also broken. The left side cabinet door was busted and sharp nails were exposed all along the inlay - we have 2 small children who we had to continually ask to stay away from this cabinet for fear of injury. Please DO NOT stay here until the property manager tends to these repairs. We alerted her immediately after noticing the smoke detectors and sink - she said “oh, I thought my handyman took care of that.” She didn’t check ahead of time?! Our safety was not important to her and she proved it by asking me if I needed it fixed during our stay (which was 5 days). I said “yes, and please give us a heads-up when to expect the handyman”. She NEVER sent anyone! I reported her to VRBO and asked for a partial refund. This part tops it all off…I even had to remind her to give my security deposit back after 10 days post check out. She said she “forgot”. Unbelievable. This condo complex has some really nice units, this isn’t one of them. With so many others to choose from, stay somewhere else.

Perfect location for skiing & fun

We rented property because it’s five minute walk to Town Lift (ski Park City), 10 min walk to center of Main Street, and across the street from 5 bus lines (ski Deer Valley, grocery store, etc). The location was ideal and the property was great! Place was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and most importantly 3 bathrooms & private hot tub on deck! The deck overlooks Park City and is lovely. You don’t need a car staying here, but there’s parking in case you have one. We also loved that it’s an elevator building so everyone can enjoy. Would definitely stay again… thank you!

Stay Away From this Property

We had maintenance people at the property 5 times. They told us they were trying to clean the mold. They poured tons of bleach where we had to open all doors to be able to breathe. They also had a leak in the laundry room. The televisions did not work. They did not have working smoke detectors. The pots and pans were dirty. They did not have the basics in the kitchen to cook. It was horrible. I wrote the property manager at the end of the trip and received no response.

Long Weekend Ski Getaway

Perfect location and very nice, clean, well appointed property. Quick walk to the town lift or any number of restaurants and shops. Parked the car upon arrival and didn't use again until departure. Thanks for hosting us!

Great condo unresponsive property manager!!!

First, this property is amazing! Perfect location, spotlessly clean, well furnished (amazing beds!), however; the property manager/owner is simply unresponsive. After not receiving check in instructions until less than 24 hours of check-in, given wrong door code, waiting outside for an hour while I had to google phone number of of property manager (as it was not given on the check in email nor was a valid email!!) and the list goes on! No instructions on where to park, how to access trash, how to turn on fireplace (never able to turn it on), and how to work jacuzzi. There was a binder in condo about how to work the three TV's that did not even coincide with the brand of remotes in the condo. TV in master was not functioning and there was a water leak in left sink in master bath (with apparent mold and strong smell). The worst part is, the property manager has never responded to any of these concerns that I emailed including when I should expect my damage deposit (it said I should receive it within 7 days but it has been nearly 3 weeks and I have not received even a returned email/call about the deposit). I frequently stay on VRBO's and never ever experienced anything like this. I just want others to be aware before booking!!

Great location

We had a great stay at this property. A group of 5 adults had plenty of space. The best part was the private hot tub right off the back deck! The location was very good as well - just a short walk down the bike path to main street. The underground parking was nice. The property manager responded quickly via text to the few questions we had. Overall we would definitely stay again.

The kitchen was conveniently stocked with utensils and cookware. Clothes and dishwashing detergent was is in good supply, not single use like so often. Tea kettle was also appreciated. The property could use some updating, particularly new carpet would help.
