Spectaculair herenhuis Deer Valley



Dit is een must-see herenhuis in Lower Deer Valley, op loopafstand van de Snow Park Lodge en op minder dan 1,5 km van Park City Main Street. Geniet van het heerlijke skiën en keer terug naar een prachtig thuis om je dag af te sluiten.

Dit prachtige herenhuis is verdeeld over 3 verdiepingen. De begane grond heeft een grote, goed gevulde keuken met hoogwaardige apparatuur, een eet- en bargedeelte en een gezellige woonkamer bij de open haard, met een 50 "flatscreen-tv. Boven zijn er 3 prachtig ingerichte slaapkamers ingericht in chique bergstijl, allemaal met onlangs gerenoveerde ensuite badkamers. 2 zijn koning en de 3e heeft twee aparte bedden. De 4e slaapkamer bevindt zich op de begane grond en heeft twee dubbele XL stapelbedden. evenals een onlangs gerenoveerde ensuite badkamer. De begane grond heeft een dubbele garage en modderruimte, met kofferverwarmers en voldoende haringen en kluisjes om apparatuur veilig op te bergen. Dit huis is perfect voor een grotere groep volwassenen, twee gezinnen of een groot gezin. De nabijheid van Deer Valley skiën is geweldig. Binnen een paar honderd meter bent u bij de Snowpark Lodge, en als dat zelfs te ver lijkt om te lopen, is er een gratis pendeldienst om u daarheen te brengen. De nabijheid van Park City is ook geweldig. Het appartement ligt op minder dan 1,5 km van de hoofdstraat van Park City en op 5-10 minuten met de bus van het resort in Park City. Alle opties zijn er, je hebt gewoon de tijd nodig om ze allemaal uit te proberen !!!

Het hele huis is beschikbaar voor het plezier van onze gasten.

Voor het inchecken ontvangt u een brief met alle details voor toegang tot 46 Potters Lane en hoe u toegang krijgt tot de sleutels etc. Er zijn geen lange reizen naar bureaus, enz. Je kunt op elk moment aankomen en jezelf binnenlaten. Ik zal u ook voorzien van een heleboel informatie over geprefereerde taxi's, skiverhuurbedrijven, dingen om te doen in de stad enz.

'In the Trees' is een vleugje paradijs aan de voet van Deer Valley Resort. Het is zo dichtbij dat u gemakkelijk naar de hellingen kunt lopen, maar het is weggestopt van de hoofdweg en weg van de drukte. De achtertuin is een juweeltje, met het eigen bubbelbad genesteld in de espbomen en geen andere gebouwen in zicht.

De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand van Deer Valley Resort.

Er is een gratis DV-shuttle die elke 10-15 minuten vanaf het einde van de weg verzamelt en naar Snow Park Lodge gaat.

Onderaan de weg bevindt zich ook de gratis Park City Transit-bus die u naar Deer Valley of Park City brengt.

Awesome Place

We come to Deer Valley every year for a guys annual ski trip. The house was perfect for us! It is walking distance to Deer Valley and fully equipped. The rooms are very large and had plenty of room for 5 of us. The hot tub on the side of the mountain out back was amazing! we also loved the large two car garage to pull in and have room for all our ski stuff and easy into the house. We will be back for sure! The communication was great and had no issues during our stay. Thank you for an awesome week!

Great rental for skiing

Susie made the process very easy and we ordered groceries in advance. The unit was perfect for families and the bedrooms are well laid out and each with the own bathroom. We walked to the mountain (9 min walk to Snowpark Lodge), used the shuttle or bus. We left skis and boots at the base overnight. We took Uber to town and did not rent a car for our visit. Would consider again in the future.

Annual girls trip

This is our second year at this lovely property. It’s secluded and quiet but very close to Park City. There’s a bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. We had a minor issue upon arrival and Susie was there quickly to completely resolve it. The hot tub worked great and was especially welcomed due to the snap of cool weather. We’ll be back.

Blissful Mountain Getaway

My family of five stayed here for five nights, and it was a truly fantastic vacation! The townhome is exceptional - clean from top to bottom, and a well appointed kitchen, everything we needed for our entire stay making dinners and breakfasts daily. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, board games to play, extra blankets for watching tv in the evenings, and the hot tub was perfect at the end of days of skiing. The proximity to both deer valley and park city is amazing, with a shuttle stop so close to the home we never had to drive anywhere. We enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to come back!

A five day oasis!!

Just turning onto Potter Lane always makes our group deliriously happy! And #46 was a continued delight. The four BRs are big and the beds are all so comfortable. Lots of pillows and extra blankets abound, if you so desire. After a day at the slopes, it was lovely to sink into the steamy hot tub. A large basket of extra-large towels is at the ready as you step out. In the morning, the birds are twittering as you make a cup of hot coffee - lots of beans or K-cups were ready to go. The place is decorated w/a nod to cabins and deer and all of the chairs and couches made you just want to get cozy and play cards/games. Of course, there is ample room for all of the boasting and bragging rights regarding the day's runs. Using Deer Valley Direct makes getting there super easy. This place is so close that we walked to and from the hill on several days. From Susie's initial email to her closing one at check-out allows you to feel the care she has for each and every guest, and the care she entrusts in you as you enjoy her lovely, well-appointed place. What a treasure!

Excellent!

Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful stay! The beds are comfortable and made up with good linens. The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped which was particularly important as we had our Thanksgiving dinner there and we love to cook. The table is not the same one shown on the listing but is a much better, square one that accommodates 8-10 people comfortably. This is a great place for larger groups and families.

Spring break getaway

Susie was just wonderful with the booking and details. The home was in a very convenient location to ski lifts/base lodge- definitely walkable. The accommodations were very comfortable, and we really loved the privacy of the hot tub after a long day skiing. We also appreciated a well stocked kitchen with all essentials! This cabin is nicely appointed, close to dear valley and the shuttle bus stop. Jacuzzi was awesome and the check in process was great. Great for multiple families. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had room to spare. Definitely recommend.
