Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as shared amenities like the hot tub, community pool, and fitness center. You will also have access to a single parking spot in the underground community parking garage. Please note, parking is first come, first served, and guests must display their parking tag.

The condo offers amazing access to the First Time, Mountain's Eagle, and Three Kings chair lifts, allowing you to be out your front door and on the slopes in mere minutes. You can also take your adventure to the nearby hiking trails, with several beautiful options less than a five-minute drive away, such as the popular Armstrong Trail, SilverSpur, and Dawn’s Trail. The Park City Golf Club is just steps away, perfect for a round or two with your loved ones. Park City's Main Street Historic District is only a short 15-minute bus ride away, connecting you to eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and unique entertainment options. Getting Around:
This chic condo is just steps from Park City Mountain Resort, placing world-class skiing right at your door. If you're looking to explore the city, multiple Park City Transit bus routes are available at the Snow Flower bus stop, just steps from the condo, and will take you to all the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber and Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

The shared pool complex closes seasonally from the end of ski season until approximately Memorial Day Weekend and from Labor Day Weekend until the beginning of ski season.

The pools and spa will be closed for the fall season beginning Monday, September 30th and will re-open Friday, November 22nd
