- Mandatory Utah State & County Taxes: Advertised room rates exclude standard mandatory lodging taxes and government charges. Transient accommodations in Summit County are subject to a standard state and local sales tax alongside a Transient Room Tax (TRT) for a combined tax rate of approximately 13.32%. Any tax balances or adjustments not fully covered during your initial online booking must be settled directly with the front desk at checkout.

- Strict Quiet Hours: To preserve alpine serenity, quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music, parties, and noisy gatherings are prohibited during these hours.

- Strict No Smoking Policy: No smoking. A deep-cleaning penalty fee of up to $500.00 USD will be assessed for smoking inside rooms, on balconies, or within public spaces. This is a strictly non-smoking property.

- Early Checkout Fee: A flat fee of $75.00 USD applies if you choose to shorten your stay and depart before your originally scheduled checkout date.

- Late Check-out Fees: Standard check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and requires front desk approval. A flat fee of $75.00 USD will be assessed for keeping your room past the standard checkout window.

- Parking Fees: Secure, covered underground garage parking is available at a rate of $25.00 USD per day for self-parking. Valet parking handled by front-drive attendants is also available for the exact same rate of $25.00 USD per day. Both options include unlimited in-and-out privileges.
