Snow Flower #123 is a spacious three-bedroom condo with a bonus loft and three and a half bathrooms, located on the third floor of Building III. With easy access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts just a stone's throw away, you'll enjoy the convenience of skiing and exploring the mountain at your leisure.
The open concept living area radiates mountain charm with its rich wood accents and inviting ambiance. The leather sectional and cozy gas-burning fireplace create an ideal spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. The large flat-screen TV offers entertainment for all, while the expansive windows frame stunning views of the surrounding forest and mountains, allowing you to feel immersed in nature from the comfort of indoors.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a meal while still enjoying the company of family and friends. Guests can dine at the breakfast bar with seating for four or the dining table with seating for six.
On the main floor, you'll find two suites, each equipped with a luxurious king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, offering the ultimate in comfort and privacy. A convenient shared half bathroom is also located on this level.

Head upstairs to a charming loft area, perfect for a small family. The loft has two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Walk through the loft to find a third bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

For your comfort, additional amenities include flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms, a wall safe, hairdryers in the bathrooms, and is designated non-smoking.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, hot tub, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms.
