'I was disappointed with the extra fees for parking and lack of direction when checking in. Very vague and not very accommodating! The concierge turned me away and said come back?
Check in and check out time was only 17 hours. Not even a 24 hour window?
Overall is a nice place but service was not good at all and disappointing.
Thank you'

'Great location with beautiful views. Layout of the room was great, only downside was no desk area, but minor issue. Shower is huge and was awesome. Check-in is a bit wonky, as it's not immediately clear how to lookup your name in the kiosk, and if you leave off anything it won't return your reservation. Called and spoke to a lovely person who helped out, and was solved in a few minutes. Parking was easy to get in and out, and the property is close to all sorts of restaurants and a short walk up...
