'Air conditioning great'

'The staff was wonderful. Terry, especially, was great. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine added that the kids started coughing and our eyes were burning so badly we had to leave the area after 5 minutes. The age is showing, as I had to rescrew the shower head back on. The bathroom sliding door sat a good two inches away from the wall, so there was no way to lock or fully close it.'

'I will reiterate the fact that there’s cracked tile in the elevator and it’s been there for a while. You can tell and that it hasn’t been taken care of is wrong, especially when you have customers coming in and looking at that I mean LVT is the way to go not tile floor, so I’m sure something was dumped on the floor and broke it, but you can tell it’s been there for a long time and they haven’t taken care of it. 'Holiday Inn properties are normally excellent— the company should be ashamed of how run down they have let this property become. It’s like they are the ugly stepchild. Hopefully the property will be upgraded soon, sold , or closed.. I gave threes just to be nice and because the staff was very nice'

'Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute?'

'DONT! They have homeless people staying in the same place as paying customers. There is no staff after 7 pm, until 11 am the next morning. Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible.
