Yes, in the hills of West Virginia, the motel is up the ramp, it really is. The roadside sign is a bit sun worn, so viewing ot at night is a little tricky. Go slow, pay attention, it's a small sign about waist level.

You Get What You Pay For
My boyfriend and I arrived on a Friday night and check in process was ok. I liked that the dogs stayed for free, and the value was good, but I should have known you get what you pay for. We found black hairs on the sheets, and when I went to the front desk, he seemed shocked and stated to me, that the housekeeper had just cleaned the room that day. I asked for new sheets, and he did not have any more fitted sheets so I had to make the bed with 2 flat sheets. The room also smelled of stale smoke and I could not figure out to why, and then I saw the housekeepers the next day while we were leaving cleaning another room while smoking. There were giant holes in the walls, and paint chipping everywhere, and it was painted a split pea green color. Also, had dim lighting. The next day I tried to contact the main office and he was not in all day, and I found a housekeeper and she stated, "that we don't have enough linen so that is why you had the problem you did." I needed more towels as well, and those she said were hard to come by. Upon checking out, he was not in the office, and I left the key, and I had to make 4 phone calls to get a receipt emailed to me.

For the price and the length of time we'd be in the area (less than 24 hours), it was perfect. Getting in and out of the parking lot however was a challenge, lol, merging in this area was a personal experience like none other. Just be sure you are quick to merge! Otherwise, the room was clean and staff friendly. Price is right, can't ask for much more than that.

there was 5 of us staying in 3 rooms. One of the room was infested with BED BUGS! We reported it and they move the guest to another room. the staff acted as if it was expected. About half of the hotel was shut down for something, I am guessing Bed Bugs! Will never stay there again!

Well it was like a bed in a room a bathroom no remote for the tv. No end tables for lamps no chairs. More like a half way house. Here’s your bed a lamp goodnight. The pictures of the rooms do not match at all.

No one in office had to wait for someone to come to check you in.The parking lot most of the lights were out. Some of the rooms were left open even though no one was in them all night. In the rooms there were flies and the tables and dressers were burnt from cigarettes. The bathroom the floor was soft by the tub and just shoddy work done too it. Won't ever stay there again .

The accommodations was ok. It's just that the power went out at 3:00 in the morning and was unable to take a shower. There's no backup power, no lights so the stay other than the power going out making it miserable. The next day was okay and I believe they should give me a refund for not being able to take a shower and have lighting for half of my stay.

Im a traveling nurse. I just got done working went to camp site i was staying at . Tore down my camp and was heading home after my contract had ended. It was raining and bad fog and it being dark and i was tried i thought i would book a room for the night . I get to the hotel and i get told they no rooms andnsomthing is going on. So i didnt even get any sleep and drove home tired from now being up for 25 house . And i didnt even get a refund

Great option in Parkersburg!

Good clean place.
Decent, clean, no frills room perfect for a quick stop along the way. Beds were comfortable. We specifically wanted a place with outdoor room doors that we could pull our car up to. We also needed it to be pet friendly. This one fit the bill. As women traveling together we also were happy to be in a safe area.

The room and outside was very clean. The bed was more comfortable than expected from a budget hotel. The room did not have a coffee maker as advertised. There were only 2 towels and washcloths in the room. The front desk was still following strict Covid restrictions, no interaction with staff.
