'Excellent property luxurious spotless with great service. Bellman and check in with Darlene went smoothly. One small problem. We asked to extend our stay one day. They agreed and said the price would be the same. The next day the bill was $200 more. I spoke with the manager and he immediately corrected the bill and to apologize gave us a breakfast coupon. Beautifully handled and much appreciated. Great hotel with lots to do in the area.'

The only small flaw is that the free continental breakfast is limited and low quality: what tastes like fake eggs, processed, made-from-frozen packaged homefries, plain white bagels, plain white bread. 'It was a quick night stay because my husband was having an early morning surgery. We got in very late and left early, but everything we saw was clean and looked like it was recently renovated. The front desk staff was friendly and quick and informative. I would definitely stay here again. '

'Hotel room/space is good especially the bathroom. The breakfast is modest/ok.
I love the hotel quiet environment, and it's noise free if like to work remotely and rest.
The hotel elevator and hallways smells like an old building.
There is room for improvement: The hotel needs to place elevator sign visible for guests to see (especially for first-time guests). And, the elevator and hallway needs air freshener diffuser for good smell and ambience.
