The Parkton Place is a wedding/event venue with a blank canvas located near Fayetteville, NC at a privately owned 5,000-sqr-ft home on a 30 acre equestrian estate w/ horses, donkeys, pigs, llamas, & dogs. The grassy lawns, large water feature, rustic barn, & spacious terrace offer many photo opportunities. Receptions can be held under rented tents. Owners open their private home for extended weekends in the home’s 6+bedrooms, gourmet kitchen & contains well-appointed get-ready suites.

The home is perfect for intimate gatherings such as bridal/baby showers, birthday parties, reunions, vowel renewals, weddings, etc. Rent the venue for a few hours up to several nights in a row. Host your “day of” wedding or make it a destination wedding for possibly 3 nights.

With the gardens, a farm backdrop, a country estate home, Parkton Place offers a unique and picturesque atmosphere that can be customized to fit your personal style and preferences.

Utilizing the diverse backdrop that Parkton Place provides, your team of vendors can make your dreams come true no matter what you crave.

Options include:
A garden setting with blooming flowers, lush greenery and jaw dropping sunsets,

A farm/barn angle offering a romantic rustic setting

A country estate offering a grand and elegant atmosphere, with sprawling grounds and stunning architecture.

If you are REALLY outdoorsy, the backwoods are a best kept secret on the property. The vines often times create natural arches along the moss lined creek.

Parkton Place offers a menagerie of outdoor spaces to choose from, including meadows, pavilions, and pond side settings.

Your team (vendors like tents, tables, chairs, coordinators, caterers, etc. ) assembles your finite details to make it all come to fruition.

Parkton Place is available by the hour, “Day Of” or rent the entire 5000 square foot home and 30-acres for as long as you’d like.
