Thank you for your feedback. We are proud of being defined quirky. The restyling of aIl the rooms was made on 2017, with Italian style. Palazzo Ducale Park is big indeed, if you cross it to reach the main monuments it might take 10 minutes longer but the walk is worth it. We thank you for noticing the freshness of our breakfast products, it is one of our prides, nothing pre-made, everything is fresh. The next building inside our internal courtyard is Santa Croce Restaurant, sorry you did not ask our staff; it is always open, summer and winter, every day. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were not happy with your room temperature. Unfortunately, the weather has been quite changeable in the last weeks. As soon as it became warmer, we made sure the air conditioning was on and properly working. Nevertheless, some guests still ask for the heating to be turned on. So, it is very hard for us to predict what will make our guests happy. Please, never hesitate to inform us as soon as possible if something makes you uncomfortable; we will immediately do our best to sort it out.
