'Very comfortable bed! I was able to relax after busy days Very quiet. My only complaint would be that, yes, laundry services ARE available. But there is only one washer and one dryer. Every time I tried to use it, they were in use. One or two more of each would be helpful. But otherwise fine. I would stay there again. '

'The hotel was great. Bri at the front desk was very nice and friendly. And the overnight maintenance/cleaning guy David kept the hotel so clean. Our room was also very clean and smelled great. "This hotel is truly beautiful — Art Deco style, full of character and soul. The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. It’s located downtown, and many sights are within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are also nearby. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom could use renovation.
However, it’s a large hotel, and that comes with some downsides. There was a long queue for both check-in and check-out, as not all service desks were staffed. We stayed for four nights, but had to downgrade our room because it still wasn’t ready — even at 5 PM. There was no refund, and as compensation we were offered a free breakfast, which turned out to be just for one day. Very disappointing.
Upon check-out, the bills I received showed additional charges of $352.26 for taxes and parking. However, my credit card was charged a total of €495.88 — significantly more than expected. I sent multiple messages via Expedia, but the hotel never responded. Since I was traveling through the U.S., I didn’t have the time to call and follow up properly. I sincerely hope the hotel will look into this and respond accordingly."
