'A pesar de que no es un edificio sino una casa, nos gusto que nos sentimos cómodos y acogidos por el personal. Solo tenemos el mismo problema de la mayoría de hoteles "El Internet" que no es tan fluido como en mi casa. Pero todo enn general fue muy positivo.

'The location in El Prado is nice, it's a green neighborhood. During rush hour, the road is loud and busy. The staff was very kind, all over.
Our room was nice and spacious, but it really needs to be updated and maintained. The bathroom seems to be skipped during remodeling. The bed was narrow and we slept in a ditch. Worst downside: we could hear everything our neighbours said and what they watched on TV.
Breakfast however is great, offers a large variety in buffet or on order. Great view on...

- La taza del inodoro estaba incómoda, ladeada y al sentarse se sentía el desnivel
- La ducha estaba dañada, el agua se salía por la parte superior y mojaba todo el baño menos a uno que quiere bañarse
- La puerta de la ducha no cerraba, y si se forzaba a cerrar, no se podía abrir, yo cómo iba acompañado pude pedir ayuda
