'Very pretty boutique hotel. Pool was very clean. Great customer service. Great location 10 min walking to the gastronomy 47 where lots of restaurants are located also walking distance to the Centro of Merida. Hotel block is very quiet nothing right by the hotel which makes it very peaceful not noisy at all you can hear the bird’s chirping instead of people and cars passing bye. The food at the restaurant was very good . Bedroom was very clean as well as the hotel. Would stay here again for sure...

'This is a beautiful oasis in the old town of Merida. We stayed here for 3 nights and we could not have felt more pampered, relaxed and happy. Steve and Jordy and their Yucatecan staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming, the place itself is like a dream, our Balam room was very comfy and had everything, including a hammock! We are very happy we stayed here and will certainly do so again whenever destiny takes us to Merida again. Thank you dear people, you made our Merida stay unforgettable.'
