Staff were available 24/7 at the front desk, which helped us to feel safe and the ladies working answered any questions we had. 'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '

The room was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The shower products smelled divine. The hotel staff was so courteous and helpful - truly wonderful service!
