'No te daban agua ni al llegar . Me fijé que en todos los hoteles que llegue te daban una botella de agua al llegar , pero aquí ni la primera fue de cortesía .
La ventana no tenía mosquitero por lo que no podías abrirla y la llave de mi cuarto abría otros cuartos . Fuera de eso . La recepcionista muy amable . Y la chica del desayuno increíblemente eficiente . Estuvimos muy agusto '

'a nice stay in a really quaint town. We got here at night, so we didn't get to appreciate the area until the following morning once it was light out and you could really take in the surroundings. Area was safe, people were friendly and receptive. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Cool little rooftop bar in the same building. '

'The property and staff were excellent. The staff was super friendly. The transportation is great, the bus to Pereira passes right in front of hotel. The only drawback is thw noise level. A few bars near by that make noise very late. I would definitely stay there again, it's save and transportation is easy.'

'We recently spent 6 days at the Jade Spa Hotel. This hotel and spa is a wonderful gem. This is a quiet location with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The rooms are large and decorated very nicely. The bed was so comfortable. Paula the owner and her staff provided a personal service that is professional, helpful and amazing. We especially enjoyed having our meals served on our private patio in the morning and evening. The spa is an added bonus (we did it twice!) and added extra enjoyment...
