'I arrived late in the evening and checked into this charming apartment, but unfortunately discovered the the water had been shut off (no fault of the owner). I contacted the property manager and they immediately moved me to another location that was nearby and completely comfortable. Even though I didn't get to stay in this particular spot, I was very impressed with the service and I enjoyed my stay. '

'This place was nice. Beautiful city and ocean views. Some stuff were broken in the apartment and the parking was a bit difficult but other than that good value for the money. I would definitely go back to this property.'

'Absolutely loved it. Spacious, walk-in closet private bathroom. Balcony and views were clutch, laundry all the aminities of home while on the road. Could not locate the iron tho but that really didnt matter.'

'Amazing stay! The view from the 37th floor was incredible — you can even watch the zip line pass right in front of the window. The place was super clean, nicely cooled, and the bed was really comfy. Loved having a big TV with streaming access for relaxing at night. The building itself felt safe and well-kept, with staff and security always around. The location on Avenida Balboa was perfect — beautiful area and super easy to grab an Uber anywhere. I’d definitely stay here again and totally...
