'We traveled with an infant. They helped us carry the stroller up and and the few steps we needed to get to the elevator. It is CDMX after all. The breakfast was included which was such a nice treat. They opened at 7am we went everyday. Everything was delicious. The bathroom and everything was extremely spacious. We cannot wait to go back.'

'Good hotel. Great location and staff was lovely. Fresh coffee every morning was great. Room was very dark (limited lighting in room, smaller window) so ultimately didn’t want to spend much time in there. Room showed some wear. Provided robe was dirty/had stains on it.'

'We’ve stayed at the Capitalia apartments on Dumas quite a few times over the years. Very safe and secure, and the location is hard to beat. However, the condos are showing wear and tear that needs attention. Most of the plants on the terrace are dead, making a bad first impression. The toilet in the primary bathroom barely flushes and the vent on the AC unit in the primary bedroom rattles enough to keep you awake. The floors throughout the apartment were filthy, needing cleaning in the worst...

'Good location, no toilet paper in the room. I was on the ground floor which was noisy. They started sweeping at 7am. No wifi was given. Good location and bed, but that is it.'

'It was a very nice boutique hotel that was in the heart of the Polanco area. Very close and walking distance to the Anthropological Museum, upscale shopping, and great food. We didn’t have any trouble using Ubers from the location. Nice service from the staff, and came with water to drink daily at no charge. The room was very cute and the bathroom was gorgeous. However, the we were located on the first floor and there were a few nights where there were rude quests that decided to walk in at...

'My first time in the area of Polanco. My first time at Hotel District Polanco. The staff was amazing and friendly. The hotel very conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurant’s, shopping, beautiful parks and gorgeous residential neighborhoods which made my morning walks amazing !! Room was cozy, clean and comfy. I would come back to this property Everytime I visit Polanco. Thank you !!!'

'We really loved our stay at Casa Ofelia. We stayed at the LeMat Master Suite and it was well worth it. Location was convenient for coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful, modern yet cozy furniture and architecture. Highly recommend it!'
