'We’ve stayed at the Capitalia apartments on Dumas quite a few times over the years. Very safe and secure, and the location is hard to beat. However, the condos are showing wear and tear that needs attention. Most of the plants on the terrace are dead, making a bad first impression. The toilet in the primary bathroom barely flushes and the vent on the AC unit in the primary bedroom rattles enough to keep you awake. The floors throughout the apartment were filthy, needing cleaning in the worst...

'Lugar seguro y agradable. la terraza es fenomenal. baño y cocina un poco descuidado o viejo. no se ve tan limpio y bonito como la sala, habitación y areas comunes.. sugiero cambiar el sentido a la puerta de la nevera porque abre atravesado y es incomodo. es facil de hacer el cambio de sentido y ya trae la opción de fabrica para adaptarlo. '
