Hotels in de buurt van Parque Zoológico Santa Fe (Medellín)

'Me & my partner stayed 4 nights at the hotel; when we arrived (around 11AM) they let us check-in (which is normally 3PM) and the room was ready for us to move in. But let me tell you, the room was soo small, that we could barely walk around with 2 luggages. The lights in the bathroom was also not functioning properly & we could barely see ourselves in the bathroom. That same night, we asked for a bigger room, which we had to pay 100.000 cop, per night, for. The bigger was great, but i stayed at...

'The staff was great!'

'Great'

'Everything was excellent.'

'Very stylish hotel in a quiet area in Medellin. Close to the bars and restaurants but not in the heart of the party so you can sleep in peace. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and we also had our own private terrace. Breakfast was included for us and they have amazing food there. Their breakfast place is actually a cafe and people from outside can also come and enjoy. The only point I want to mention is the lighting in the room is quite dim, sometimes difficult to...

'Breakfast was ridiculously slow. It usually took 30 minutes to prepare a plate with some fruit. Rooms are Smartrooms, controlled by Alexa, but sometimes because of that out of control; introductionmovie starts over again, airco shuts off. '

'Muy buen lugar para hospedaje. El baño es compartido, pero no es problema. El desayuno es muy bueno. La atención y el servicio es muy bueno. '

'Verblijf was fijn, mooie, fijne kamer, goede locatie, enige minpunt slechte communicatie over roomservice, twee dagen een poging gedaan en niet ontvangen.'

'New Hotel, Poor Management, Not Ready for Guests Very disappointing three-night stay at this six-month-old property. We arrived at 12:30 PM. Angie collected our passports and contact details, promising a text when our rooms were ready. No message arrived. When we returned at 3:30 PM, reception couldn’t find our information despite having assigned us rooms 205 and 209. The second floor had an unbearable gasoline-like smell. We saw someone using what appeared to be a kerosene-like substance on...

'Love my stay there '

'Ruime kamer, nieuw en frisse look. Fijne douche, goed werkende airco en ruim balkon. Super. '

'The facilities and amount of activities was great!'

'Great place to stay in Medellin, situated in a quiet part of el poblado, walking distance to the bars/restaurants over there. The rooms are nice and modern, pool (rooftop) is great and the restaurant is sublime'

'Vriendelijk rn behulpzaam!'

'Mooie ruime kamer.
