INSIDE THE POND HOUSE
Perched in the treetops, the Pond House is a 100% fully open-concept home designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living in the trees. Expansive glass doors, natural materials, and minimalist décor allow the jungle itself to be part of your stay.

The treetop bedroom features a king-size bed and sliding doors that open directly onto the pool terrace. Choose between a heated indoor rain shower or an outdoor jungle shower under the canopy.

Lounge in open, airy interiors, prepare a meal in the open kitchen, or dine beneath the stars — every moment here invites you to slow down and connect with what truly matters.

EVENINGS IN THE JUNGLE
As night falls, Pond House transforms. Light guides the way and dances across the pond, and the sounds of the jungle rise around you. Curl up in a hammock with a glass of wine, enjoy s’mores by the pond front fire pit, or simply breathe in the stillness of this hidden paradise.

The Pond House includes fully private:

No other guests will have access to these spaces during your stay.

All guests staying on property, including your hosts, will have access to these spaces.

THE PROPERTY
Set on 50 private acres along the tranquil Río Damitas, the Pond House is a hidden paradise just 40 scenic minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park and 20 minute to the beaches of Quepos and Parrita right off the main Calle San Antonio road. Close enough for adventure, yet far enough off the beaten path to feel completely at peace. Here, guests can enjoy the sites of wildlife and the heartbeat of the jungle.

The Pond House is designed as a fully open-concept home, with no interior doors or enclosed rooms—including the bathroom.

This intentional layout creates a light-filled, flowing space that stays deeply connected to the surrounding jungle.

It’s ideal for guests who enjoy openness, ease, and a more natural, shared living experience.

For those who prefer more defined privacy, we’re happy to guide you toward one of our other homes on the property.

A PRIVATE RETREAT WITHIN A SHARED NATURE SANCTUARY
Set within 50 acres of protected jungle, out boutique retreat includes four private residences along the Rio Damitas.

Each home offers its own private entrance and dedicated space for privacy. The surrounding river and jungle trails are shared, and you may occasionally see or hear other guests enjoying the land.

We live quietly on the property and are available if needed, while always respecting your privacy.

ECO-CONSCIOUS LIVING
To protect the environment, we operate on sensitive septic system. Toilet paper is place in the provided bin rather than flushed.

As a rural jungle property, occasional power outages, heavy rains, or access delays may occur - especially during the green season. This is part of the natural rhythm of Costa Rica.

OUR LOCATION
Located just 10-12 minutes from Route 34, the final stretch is a scenic dirt road leading into the rainforest, suitable for all vehicle types.

We are part of the small local community of Damas. Guests may occasionally hear everyday life — children playing, farm activity, vehicles, or local gatherings - adding to the authentic character of the area.

A TRUE JUNGLE EXPERIENCE
Our homes are immersed in nature. You will encounter wildlife — frogs, geckos, insects, and more.

This is not a sealed hotel environment, but thoughtfully designed space within the rainforest
