'We were met at the B&B by Mike, one of the two friendly owner/hosts, a lovely couple from South Africa. He made my husband and I feel welcome and at ease after a difficult drive through very heavy rain. We discussed Parrsboro, the theatre that night, eating as plant based vegans. Mike was knowledgeable, positive and immediately told us not to worry he'd have breakfast ready at their usual 08:30 to 09:30 time. 'If you're looking for a charming place to stay in the heart of Parsboro, I highly recommend Evangeline Tower Bed & Breakfast. The owner is incredibly pleasant and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
The B&B has a beautiful traditional atmosphere, filled with antiques and historic character that preserve its unique charm. There's also a friendly resident cat who loves attention, pets, and plenty of belly rubs—a wonderful bonus for animal lovers!

'Beautiful gem with period decor showcasing the history of the Inn. Paul is a great host, very accommodating and welcoming, he takes the time to ensure your needs are met and you are comfortable. The Inn is secure and the bed was comfortable, access to wifi and a first rate breakfast. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.'
