'Upon arrival and after receiving the keys for the room, went to my room to find it was dirty, like not cleaned from the prior guest at all. 'The staff were exceptional, even though most did not speak English. The rooms were very average. Our room had a door to the outside and an interior door (odd). Everything seemed damp the whole time, but, that could just be because it was so humid and we are not used to that. Breakfast was terrible both days we stayed. If you choose this place, be prepared for going elsewhere after you try it!'

'Location was the best thing about this stay. Right off the highway and everything we visited during our stay was 15 minutes away.
Issues with the elevators and being on the 4th floor was a major concern and then you prayed your door cards worked. I had to get them replaced several times during our stay.
A cooked breakfast was provided but you HAD to be there early or it was gone. They did not restock any items. I noticed many people lived there, most were friendly, but I feel they were able...

'Specifically stayed here again because of the airport shuttle service. When we checked in we saw service started at 5 am. Our plane departed at 5 am. Staff informed us their van had been taken as well as 8 other hotels. Service was provided from a “central location” not the hotel. Upper management decision. Won’t stay again.'
