Asked and paid for a smoking room claims they had no smoking rooms. Yet the door iall had no smoking or smoking signs on them. First the room I was put in first lock didn't work and the door didn't latch. Yet they were still going to rent it out and he knew that it didn't latch because he went to the maintenance person's room and asked him why they didn't fix it earlier and to fix it right then. Conveniently, the second room was a smoking room and it was available. Yet he said there's no smoking rooms as I got the new keys to the room that we ended up staying in. the lights are really bright and horrible heaters loud noisy heaters check-in staff was rude as heck I would never go there again.

Maybe our room was one of the ones that hadn't yet been updated (sign out front advertised "newly remodeled"). All furnishings were old. Carpet was old. Bathroom was old. Toilet paper dispenser was broken so the roll was on the lid of the toilet. The bed had some sort of metal base that thumped getting in or out of bed. Bright security light outside our window. The fact that I did not get a good nights' sleep may have influenced my grumpiness here. It just seemed grungy. It was clean, but rundown. I would not stay here again.

overpriced for a mediocre stay
Upon returning to hotel late in the evening, multiple cars had backed in (right near signs requested them not to back in) and also taken up more than one space. As a result, I had to park on the other side of the complex away from my room. The walls are so thin/uninsulated that the very loud talking in the next room made it impossible to sleep. The talking went on after midnight. In the morning, the group of guys who had backed their car in the night before stood outside my window talking very loud and drinking. They were out there for nearly 45 minutes. Gave up on sleep. The hotel key envelope is printed with advice to lock the deadbolts on the door. It was impossible to turn the deadbolt and the upper lock was missing the part as the picture shows. The sheets were not very soft. The coverlet on he bed was so thin/lightweight but no other blankets were provided. This is very overpriced at $250 per night. I shall not be returning to this hotel.

I booked a 2 bed room and was given an upstairs bedroom. The room had a strange smell, the blankets looked old and discolored. The room had a balcony attached to it which had carpet covered with big holes. There was empty beer cans left on the rain gutters. I ended up checking right out I did not stay. Also, just an fyi there are a bunch of migrant farmers staying at that hotel (only men). I was traveling with my small children and I did not feel comfortable staying there.

Manager was rude when Checking in she did allow us to check in at 2 though room was decent u get what u pay for its in quiet area ac didn’t get super cold so hot a lil warm at night other than that it was fine for a one night stay

Our initial room was unsatisfactory but they accommodated us by moving us to another room. Otherwise they were very accommodating to all our requests. One negative was there was no phone in our room.

Wake-up knock at 8 a.m. for no reason. Shower was broken. Cockroach in the bed. Management doesn't care. Stay anywhere else.
