The Vineyard House at Oak & Vine with 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to 21 guests. The house sits at the highest point of the property, allowing for breathtaking vineyard views from all sides, and especially appreciated from the sweeping second story deck. Vineyard House welcomes guests with a charming courtyard patio and outdoor fireplace. Inside, guests will enjoy a Chef’s style kitchen with Fisher & Paykel appliances, and a full service bar, a stone fireplace as the centerpiece of an open living room with vaulted ceilings and a digital grand piano. Each of the eight bedrooms are furnished with Puffy mattresses, luxury linens and modern fixtures. Additional amenities include a 25 foot outdoor fire element, laundry room, library and large multi-purpose room, equipped with A/V capabilities and ideal for meetings and group activities. ~~~~~ During the day, we invite you to enjoy the property and our many Oak trees. Or, we encourage you to take a walk to a few of our winery neighbors, such as, Turley, Donati, Aron Hill and Linne Calodo. ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

The perfect location for my husband's surprise 60th.

We were blessed enough to have chosen this home for my husband's 60th. We had a party of 16 and everyone thought the house was perfect. The vineyard location and vistas from all over the house... 10! The bedrooms and bathrooms... 10! The dining room & kitchen... 10! There are 3 additional gathering areas... 1 is a game/meeting room with the perfect bar serving area. The front room has a gorgeous 2 sided-fireplace and piano and is very inviting for singing along to your favorite songs. By the way, the home is wired for music throughout... also a 10! The other gathering area is downstairs and is a large comfortable big screen viewing area. Don't hesitate to book this location!

Nice but lacking somewhat

The property itself is really nice. But there were some issues within the home. The ice maker is not working. The Barbeque needs to have maintenance done on the burners. Portions of the burners were clogged which meant there were cold spots while cooking. It appears as though they placed a used Barbeque in this nice, newer home. And the electronic starter on the Barbeque does not work. Half of the house did not have hot water. Actually, when we first got to the house, the recirc water heaters were set at 107 degrees, which only provides for Luke warm water. We had to turn up the heat temp ourselves. The TV downstairs could not stay connected to the internet. This was discouraging because the TV is not connected to a TV service provider. We paid a premium price to stay at this house. The location, and the exterior are great. But the amenities are lacking somewhat. For the price we paid, EVERYTHING should be top notch. We probably will not stay there again.
