'We were extremely lucky to be the only guests on the main house which made our short stay to be very special! All the staff made us feel like special guests. The landscape is iidilic, the design of the room and common spaces is perfect! The wine tasting with food pairing is a must.'

'De B&B was netjes, schoon en ondanks dat de kamers niet heel groot waren, waren ze er praktisch en van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamers zijn ook net een half jaartje oud dus alle voorzieningen zijn nieuw. Paula die het ontbijt verzorgt is ontzettend zorgzaam en zorgt dat je alles hebt wat je nodig hebt. Dagelijkse schoonmaak (erg rigoreus, bedden opmaken, nieuwe handdoeken en een complete dweilbeurt) maakte dat alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd was. Italianen houden van een zoet ontbijt...

'We loved the biological breakfast with the best pancakes in Sicily. You have to order the night before what you want for breakfast, take enough pancakes :-) You can get a parasol to go to the Beach. Not easyJet to find a parking spot, very crowdy and noisy on the street and on the balcony. Lovely see view and close to taormina.'

'We enjoyed our short but very sweet night at Palazzo Privatera. We arrived on the heels of Cyclone Henry, so much of the town was shut down, but our host Alfio was extremely insightful and helpful. He showed us around this mideivel treasure, hosted a wonderful breakfast, and made our stay so comfortable! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amazing property and town, but hope to return in the future to enjoy more of Mt Etna’s beauty and vineyards!'

'I can’t say enough about the staff here! So kind, thoughtful, and go above and beyond! The property is in a great location and the breakfast terrace is dreamy. I stayed in two different categories. The 1st floor room is huge, and well taken care of with tons of closet space and a sitting area. The upper level room was smaller and more cozy, but had an incredible walk-out balcony with lounge chairs. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am back in Taormina.'

'Francesca was enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ze heeft ons vele tips gegeven voor de eetplekjes en bezienswaardigheden. Locatie is aan de Hoofdstraat gelegen, enige minpuntje is dat de muren enorm dun zijn, indien je dus luidruchtige buren hebt, kan je hier wel eens last van ondervinden. Het ontbijt wordt verzorgd door een ontbijtplek iets verderop (slechts 1 min wandelen). De feedback hierop is dus niet helemaal van toepassing op Francesca, maar het de formule is eerder beperkt. 'Very convenient to the site'

'Excellent accommodation, right in the center of the city. Nice rooms, nice garden. Breakfast is good as well. Salvo is a very good host as well. Only caveat is that, intrinsic to the location, the noise of music from the nearby restaurant can be heard. But it ends at an acceptable time (between 23-24:00) Highly recommended and thinking of returning for another stay.'
