'The owner and his family are soectacular. Their kindness, friendliness, and help. I can not say enough good about them. Is the hotel an aging beuty. Yes. But the love and care more than make up for drapes that are a bit dated. The room was a one bedroom apartment with a front balcony and back terrace(sea view). Patking is easy. Lots of restaurants to choose from, including the hotel. I look forward to returning(many times)and bringing friends and family. For me, it was that special.'

'This was one of our favourite hotels not only in Greece, but Europe. This is because of the fantastic manager Vasilis. He has great staff, the rooms are large, & well appointed. We were really impressed with the amenities & the sound of the waves at night. There's also a couple of great restaurants & bakeries near by. We highly recommend staying here.'

'Het hotel is schoon. Het is een hotel gebouwd in 1981. De badkamer is klein, maar dan ook echt klein. De douche te klein om goed te kunnen douchen. Maar verder geen opmerkingen daarover. Het ontbijt genoeg keuze, alleen de koffie is ronduit slecht, oploskoffie. Dat verwacht je niet in een hotel met zo een kamerprijs! '

'Dusty room, we kept the window open the whole day to bring in some fresh air. The lobby and breakfast area are nice although small but in the room itself it looked like time had stood still for 30 years. The only thing that changed was the shower head which no longer fitted in the stand so you had to hold it while the moldy shower curtain stuck to your behind.'

'SOLO TRAVELERS BEWARE!
Booked a “Sea View” room months ago, I was shown to a room on a lower level with NO SEA VIEW. (See photo with tiny slice of sea circled in RED). When I politely pointed this problem out, I was informed “A larger group had booked the upper apartments, but I was welcome to sit in the garden”. I felt the hosts were dismissive, making a point that I was “Only ONE person”. Given I am not traveling in high season, I was lucky to be able to quickly book an alternative stay...

'A lovely stay, with a very comfortable area and 5 star waterfront for a friendly price! A nice warm welcome from the host who has everything you need, and a small beach side cafe which has some of the best food we had all trip.
I hope to stay again!'

'La struttura è carina, con qualche accorgimento sarebbe perfetta! ideale per chi ricerca la tranquillità e relax. È infatti ubicata in un' area dell' isola distante dai piccoli paesi in mezzo alla natura. Avevamo la camera vista mare e la mattina le colazioni sul balcone erano scenografiche. Il personale è molto gentile. Siamo stati benissimo!'

'The apartment is in a very central position in Lixouri. Ideal for the square, the ferry and all that Lixouri has to offer.
The apartment was clean when we arrived, was cleaned once during our stay - perfect for us.
It is well refurbished and had all the amenities we needed and as described.
We had good sleeps (apart from the church bells on Sunday morning but this is to be expected in any Greek town). Good bed and pillows. Excellent blinds to keep it dark.
Very nice balcony for two people...

'Property was overbooked, so we were relocated to another hotel.
However, when we arrived no one from staff or owners was there.
But I have to mention that owner was very helpful in founding us another hotel.
Property in very nice location, on the beach, dirty corridors and not finished around, but has a very good potential.
Also bar staff are very unfriendly, rude and did not seem to be interested in their job at all.'
