Luxe hotel met alles wat je maar kunt wensen.
We verblijven al jaren in dit hotel en alles is hier gewoon perfect. Een mooie grote hotel kamer met keuken, wasmachine en een woonkamer + balkon. Het personeel bij de receptie en in het restaurant zijn enorm vriendelijk.

Goed hotel in rustiger deel van de stad
Goed hotel met ruime, mooie kamers. Badkamer kan wel een grondige schoonmask beurt gebruiken en heeft geen bad. Zwembad op het dak is lekker om bij te komen van de warmte. Hotel heeft een shuttle service nasr de grote winkelcentra en de doorgaande wegen zijn op loopafstand waar taxi's ruim beschikbaar zijn. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

het is een leuk hotel om te verblijven.. enige nadeel was dat ze naast het hotel aan het bouwen waren. voor de rest prima!! elke dag schoonmaak en als je iets nodig had dan was niets extra moeite.. familiymarket 24/7 om de hoek is ook fijn.. plus we kregen een gratis upgrade en dat is ook prima geregeld.. goed internet

Goed verblijf in een rustige buurt. Gratis vervoer naar het strand elk half uur. Schoon en keurig en efficient personeel. Ik kom hier wel terug.

I had a corner suite, a large room with a separate bedroom. Very spacious at all. That is the most positive about this hotel. Bed was too low with a Thai style hard mattress. It’s not what I expected in an Amari hotel. The IK group has much more pleasant beds. Wifi is extra censored. The long distance to Walking Street is a letdown. Shuttle bus will drop you on Second Road from where you have to walk to Beach Road for a taxi. Don’t forget to tip the driver or you feel his eyes! Back to the hotel is realy worse. You will be dropped off on Second Road what means still 15 minutes walking. Cancellation policy is customer unfriendly. No refunds as in the LK group. Overall, not my cup of tea and not cheap!

Groot appartement met balcon, comfortel. Met BVN TV. Klein zwembad op dak. Soms 's nachts geluidsoverlast van andere gasten of de Karaokebar achter het hotel. Locatie iets verder weg van centrum. 10 minuten lopen naar 2nd Rd en 20 minuten naar de malls en strand. Vriendelijke en hulpvaardige staff.

Goed hotel voor 1 week, mooie lichte kamers alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Hele fijne douche! Alleen op de vloeren in de hal zitten veel vlekken en in het zwembad kapotte tegels! Als je ontbijt niet inclusief is, en je wilt dit terplaatse bijboeken is dit duur. Maar al met al een heerlijke week in Amari suites gehad.

Overall good but three things need to be addressed. 1. Get new towels. Full stop. Your towels are old and falling apart with strings unraveling at the edges. 2. Air-conditioning maintenence needed. Living room area was hot. I asked the front desk to take a look and was told that if you set the temp below 22, ice forms in the unit. Yes, I know that. Ice forms because you have dirty coils, coolant leak or any number of reasons. I sucked it up and stayed in the bedroom most of the time. 3. Hot water was intermittent or non existent. Again, maintenance needed on the property. This place was great a few years ago. I would like to see it return to its former glory.

Have stayed at Nova Suites several time and it does not fail to provide. On 3rd street so in quite area but only a 5/10 min walk to beach road. Easy access to every location. Rooms are basically condo apartments very large and spacious. Free parking and plenty of locate bike taxis and food and 7/11 near by.

This property is not on the main drag so it’s quieter but still only 12-15 minutes walk to the beach. The suites are large with a full complement of appliances, including a washer/dryer. The bathroom was nicely appointed and I thought overall this was a fairly priced option.

Reserving a 2 bedrooms unit so we can stay together but upon checking in, we were informed that the air-conditioning was not working. So we ended with 2 separate room. In my room, the bathroom door could not be open. They were trying to open it with different tools, pushing it for over half an hour, making so much noise. Finally I called the front desk and demanded a new room. We were tired and needed to rest. There were many things I was not impressed. The front desk staffs were very nice but I probably will not go back.

7년 정도 파타야 갈때마다 이용하는 호텔이였는데 지난번 이용때부터 객실예약을 2의 객실을 이용하는데 꼭 본관과 별관으로 나눠줘서 돈을 더 주고 업그레이드을 하였으며 이번에도 별관으로 예약을 해놓아서 업그레이드 하지 않고 그냥 이용하기로 하였는데 각각3,7층으로 분리해서 방을 배정해주었어요 그나마 본관과 거의 방크기가 반정도 되었으며 욕실과 화장실은 너무 좁아 문을 제대로 열수도 없었서요 몇년간 이용한 호텔인데 너무 실망스럽습니다.

Large apartment style central pattaya
Apartment style hotel. Large 2 room in the luxury suite. Price is comparable to others in this “NOVA” area. The luxury siite had netflix and washibg maxhine which made the stay really enjoyable. Theyve made some small incremental ipgrades but the internet on the outer wings is still leas than acceptable. I has to hail the laptop downstairs to send emails in the middle of the night. Even my “local” hot spot didnt work.

Nova is in the interior lot of walking at least minimum of 20 minutes and taxi is expensive to get the hotel. There was 711and a convenience store close by. Towels were dirty and aged by many years of use and turned brown. Kitchenette counter had worn out microwave was kept so high 5 feet height person cannot reach it. Washing machine dryer was not working. No proper furniture to seat relax or eat. Bed was hard as a rock. Very disappointed will never stay there again. Bathroom floors are tiles and slippery. Breakfast was ok. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Our stay was not pleasant there.

This hotel has been around for a while and it is showing it’s age. Time for some new towels and mattress for some of the rooms. Window area was dirty and you could tell it had not been cleaned for a white. Still the hotel is a good deal but some TLC is needed to rate it higher than 3 stars.

When first booking in they advised had upgraded our rooms but with the upgrade no breakfast was included also was in completely different building to pool and then to top it off got charged for black dirt on bathmats due to walking between buildings after using pool also one of our group got downgraded from 55sq metres to 84 square metre room with breakfast included and was far superior to our rooms also had washing machine drier and when requsting if the other 2 rooms to be changed was yelled at by receptionist room were also very dirty and our room also had sewer smells
