'We mainly used the house as a sleeping spot. We had a remembrance for my late wife in the area and had to set that up at a park south of Rochester. We have a lot of family in the area and had to visit with them, so we didn't really hang out in the house much during the day. The keurig was a nice accessory. We could have used more towels. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels.Having access to a washer/dryer was nice.'

'Jennifer is very responsive to any questions check in process was easy. The place was very clean. Anything needed was there very close to Letchworth State Park? It looks like they are remodeling. Need to finish some projects. Otherwise there is a nice breakfast area outside a nice place by the fire, a nice view of a easy to find off the highway and within 10 minutes of the state park'

'Nothing like walking the property at sunset. Local to al things Geneseo with a unique horse farm country experience. Not our first time staying and it won't be our last! '

'The house was exactly what we were looking for for our trip to Letchworth.No problems with the reservations or any other issues.Place was clean,big enough and definitely felt like we were in a safe area.Would definitely recommend or stay here again '

'The rental was very cozy and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed and more, and was located in a quiet setting. The owners provided fresh eggs for breakfast, which were delicious along with bacon, scones and jam!. They were quick to respond to any correspondence and were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Booked this place to be near a anniversary celebration for a couple we have known for years. Its was my wife and I, as well as our daughter and her 10 year old son. Its a quiet house with a nice sized yard, perfect for a game of catch with my Grandson. It is an older house but clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable, Water was nice and hot, Kerig coffee pods were provided as well as bottled water in the fridge. Like most places you might not find everything you need in the cupboard...

'1940s house full of charm and character but modern where it counts. Comfortable beds. Located away from it all yet close to so much. Korey is most accommodating and great communication. Will definitely stay here again when we bring the whole family to town. '

'Everything went good! Was a cute little trailor. I asked last minute if my inlaws could stay as wrll and that was no problem. Make sure you bring towels and garbage bags! I also found a vape pen under out bed, no biggy i picked it up and threw it out. Im just happy i didnt bring my kifs and had them accidentally find it. Other then that nice quiet neighbourhood We walked to the public beach down the rd. Not really a beach but a nice videw to have a picnic and enjoy the peaceful river.'

'This was a lovely property right on the canal. The cottage was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Communication with owner was fabulous when we did have an issue, it was responded to and taken care of within minutes. This is a great location if you are visiting a college student or town. We would consider staying again even if not for school because of its location and charm '

We used it as our base camp for the Letchworth State Park but I wish we could have spent more time at this home.Brandon, Bethany and their family have created a very innovative, whimsical place for us travelers to relax and make memories. "The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing so after all we had a happy stay."
