Great house
Easy walking distance to downtown Pawhuska. The house was very clean and exceptionally well furnished. Bruce was very communicative and provided coffee and water bottles. One of our favorite things was that each bedroom has its own sink. That was an unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This house was so great! Eight of us fit comfortably. The owner was super kind and very communicative. The house is literally in the middle of everything. If we ever get back to Pawhuska, we will most definitely stay here again! Two thumbs up!

Great stay at the Pawhuska "Rooster Home"
My wife and I came to Pawhuska to pay hommage to Ree Drummond and her food empire. We had our Westie dog and we needed a place close to the Mercantile. We found this property hosted and owned by Bruce a short 8 blocks away. The home was immculate, clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. And Bruce could not have been more hospitable and full of information and tips for a great stay. Highly recommend this property.

Mother’s Weekend
My sister and I and my best friend, took our mothers to Pawhuska for a Mother’s Day gift. What a fabulous place to stay. The host was VERY responsive and provided all the information we needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing weekend. The home was very clean and comfortable. Great space for lounging and cooking together. We truly had a wonderful time and a lot was due to this great property and terrific host.

The house was nice and host helpful. We thought luggage racks would be nice instead of on the floor or up and down on the bed. We enjoyed the water and hot tea our host left. We had a great time visiting the Mercantile, PW’s ranch, Ben Johnson Museum, city parks and Osage Hills SP. It was very relaxing low key vacation.

The Rooster House
The stay was great. Bruce was an awesome host. He gave us recommendations on where to go and places to eat in town and in Bartlesville. Very helpful. The house was well equipped. There were a few minor things that we left a note about but it didn't change the fun we had. The house was clean and Bruce left snacks, water, and coffee for us to use. Great property..will rent again when go back.

Lovely Home
Loved our stay in this home. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for playing board game at the table and plenty of seating for us all. The host was wonderful. He was very easy to communicate with. He gave us info on best times to visit sites when there wouldn't be crowds and restaurant recommendation. We had a great time. I would highly recomment this rental and I would rent again on our next visit.

Place is darling and in quiet neighborhood. We walked up to town a few times a day. It was a hot summer but the a/c cooled us off. House had everything we needed and rooms are huge with their own sink. Would highly recommend!

Pioneer Woman Galore
We had a great time! The host Bruce responded to all of our questions and provided tips for shopping and restaurants in the surrounding areas. The house was perfectly cozy and stocked with the necessary amenities. We had four adults in our group and we each had our own bedroom and plenty of space. I would highly recommend and stay there again, if given the opportunity. Be prepared though, people will stop by to take pictures of the giant rooster in the yard. This is one of the reasons we choose this house too! I would take note that the Mercantile and most of the downtown shops are closed on Sundays, so plan accordingly.

Rooster house is in the perfect location for all there is to do in Pawhuska - we had such a great time in this house that we stayed an extra day! Our host Bruce was fantastic! Fabulous Home!
Bruce has a totally lovely home! There were 7 of us girls and the reaction to his place was priceless. “Oh my, how cute, how clean and how big this place is!” The location is good too, being as we hit up the Hat Bar and it’s just a short walk back. We will definitely book here again when we head back to Oklahoma. Bruce is very helpful with any issues you may have and the place has everything you may need.

This was a wonderful fit for our family (4 adults, 1 toddler). The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The four bedrooms are large and well placed. We had a girls weekend for 7 girls this weekend and we enjoyed every minute of it! The location was so convenient. It was the easiest checkout process I’ve ever experienced using VRBO. Wonderful Get Away in Pawhuska
This was one of the nicest and cleanest VRBO's we have rented and we have rented quite a few. Beautifully decorated and clean. Lots of kind gestures such as water, snacks and such. We hope to return again soon. Bruce was very informative and an excellent host.
