Escape to this stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath raised beach house, tucked away on a quiet street with marsh views of historic Pawleys Island. With 2308 sq. ft. of privacy nestled in natural wooded surroundings, this home is the perfect retreat for your next vacation. Inside, you’ll find Brazilian Teak tongue & groove floors throughout and a modern gourmet kitchen with high-grade stainless appliances. The house, built in 2017, has an abundance of windows for tons of natural light.

There are five beds total: 2 kings, 2 queens, and a futon in the office. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second king room and one of the queen rooms are also located upstairs and share an additional full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is in the studio apartment and features a queen sized bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and dining and living area.
