Verbazingwekkende, onlangs gerenoveerde villa met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met gratis draadloos internet wacht op uw komst! Onze villa is in perfecte staat. We zijn verheugd om ons huis voor u te openen. Vijfde jaar aangeboden in dit verhuurprogramma. Jij en ik communiceren rechtstreeks via deze site.

SLECHTS 6 GASTEN OF MINDER KUNNEN BOEKEN.

Slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed met een 39 "flatscreen televisie en een complete badkamer. 2e slaapkamer heeft queensize bed en 32 "flatscreen televisie. 3e slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte extra lange bedden en 32 "flatscreen televisie. Alle slaapkamers hebben gloednieuw meubilair en Sealy-matrassen. Alle nieuwe beddengoed zijn ook geleverd. Tweede badkamer heeft wasmachine en droger voor uw gemak.

Ruime, open keuken is echt vlekkeloos en gloednieuw. Volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle bijgewerkte apparaten en alles wat je nodig hebt om je thuis te voelen tijdens het koken.

Woonkamer is ruim met een nieuwe 48 "flatscreen televisie. Nieuw meubilair inclusief sectionele / chaise bank en eettafel voor zes personen.
Ga onze afgeschermde veranda vanuit de woonkamer binnen en ontspan op een patioset. Neem plaats in een van de stoelen en geniet van het mooie weer terwijl u geniet van een cocktail, een boek leest en uw dag samenvoegt in volledige privacy van onze met bomen omzoomde hoekopstelling, op de 9e Fairway. Toegang tot houtskoolgrill op slechts een steenworp afstand.

Onze villa is de dichtstbijzijnde eenheid naar True Blue Club House. U kunt een mooie ochtendwandeling maken naar het ontbijt of golfen. Profiteer van volledige toegang tot de prachtige True Blue-golfbaan en de zusterclub, Caledonia Golf en Fish Club, beide blijven de beste must-play-banen maken.
Niet-golfers kunnen genieten van hun tijd zwemmen in het zwembad (op steenworp afstand van de voordeur), tennis, winkelen in de hangmatwinkels of genieten van de nabijgelegen stranden.
Pawleys Island is beroemd om zijn uitzonderlijke strand (slechts 5 minuten rijden over de South Causeway). Tour prachtige Brookgreen Gardens of bezoek Huntington State Beach and Park. Geniet van de restaurants in Pawleys of een korte rit naar Murrels Inlet. Broadway at the Beach en Myrtle Beach liggen op 25 minuten rijden.

Time at the pool and ocean was great , shops always convenient to get toothe place is always nice 2nd time there we have stayed there and both times were not a disappointment. that’s why we enjoy staying there only thing this time was the gutter guys coming and making noises but other than that was very nice

Family beach trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cleanliness is one of the first things we noticed. This place was spotless! The beds were super comfortable and the privacy of the back screened in porch was perfect! So convenient to store, restaurants, and the beach. Could not say enough good things about this host as well! Communication was great and even went out of her way to mail some left behind items back to us also. We had a blast and can’t wait to return back here!

Good comfortable place to stay

We've stayed at True Blue at various units over the past 10 years. This unit was as described although it's starting to show some wear and tear. We didn't have any issues although after reading through other reviews I can agree with some of the short comings. There is not an over abundance of bath towels. The owner states they use the unit often and they lock their personal things in the bathroom walk in closet and the pantry closet in the kitchen. Inconvenient. Some of the cabinet doors are loose and it's not a luxurious place to stay. Having said that, great floorplan, nice dressers, big TV's, great location, good communication, easy check in. I would recommend but just make sure you read all the reviews so you know what to expect.

Amazing summer vacation!

This property is absolutely amazing! It's everything that the description says it is! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a fantastic week! It's decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, it's clean and well maintained. And the kitchen is well stocked as are linens and blankets. The weather was gorgeous the week of 7/6/24 so we spent quite a bit of time on the screen porch and at the pool and beach. We spent some time at the boardwalk and enjoyed the restaurants and shops. We basically went to the beach to relax and this was very close to Huntington Beach state park.We're already looking forward to our next visit!

homey condo

centrally located to Georgetown for which we are building a home. quite, clean, and easy access, the place seems in its original build condition but very well maintained. The condo is a bit on the darker side since it's the lower level. The blinds where very tired and needed replacing so that you can let some light in....and the shower heads needed up dating. the water spays oddly and truthfully it needs a removable shower head in one of the bathrooms (to do a quick rinse off if necessary.) Other than those small issues. the place is lovely..... and very clean....

Very pleasant with great location to everything.

Owner was very flexible and accommodating. We loved the location. It was easy access to everything. We also loved the pond that probably gets overlooked. My daughter and I enjoyed looking at the wildlife in the pond. We also loved the beach that was nicely, not commercialized.

Great place!

A couple of friends and I stayed at the condo with our daughters during their National Dance Competition. The competition was in Myrtle Beach, but we wanted to stay at a place that was a little quieter. This location in Pawleys Island was perfect for us. Communication with Mike and Rene was wonderful. They were always willing to help and answer questions. Check in process was seamless. The condo was clean and wonderful.

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect! The living area is so spacious and the furniture so comfortable. The area is quiet, yet so close to all of the amenities of True Blue and Pawley's Island. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable stay

This cute little condo is a quick walk to the pool- be sure to have your wristbands— a 5min drive to some very nice public beaches on Pawley’s Island (arrive early, not a ton of parking) and a 2min drive to Publix and Gilbert’s Ice Cream (go here!) The property is super clean and very quiet. Perfect for a little beach getaway! Communication with the owner via text with check in instructions a couple days before the trip and Rene was quick to respond with answers to my questions about beaches in the area. I also mentioned to Rene an FYI after our stay that the clothes dryer was taking a pretty long time to dry, and she responded immediately that she would send someone to clean the venting. This is a very well maintained property, and you can tell the owners are involved and will keep it that way. We will be back to Pawley’s! Thanks!

As expected

The condo was for the most part as expected from the pictures. The location was great. The only complaints I have is 1.) the smell of the unit. There was an odd unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. 2.) the bathrooms didn’t look like they had been cleaned since the last guests had stayed. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathrooms. 3.) Bathroom and Kitchen could use some new linens. Overall did enjoy our stay.
