The building itself is run down. We were put in first room and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and they had added some makeshift kitchen counter that made no sense in placement and counter wasnt screwed down. Our 2nd room was much better but they didn’t even document the issues with the 1st room. Customer service was terrible. On their phone while checking customer in and trying to solve the multiple customer complaints and issues. They only programmed our key for each day so we had to go back into the office each day to get them to work. Continental breakfast was way below standard. The dining room had plastic lawn chairs to sit in. Online it advertised a game room with pool tables but that no longer exists.

Floors were filthy in the room-- no carpet which was fine, but our feet were black after walking on that floor. Curtains did not cover the full window and sides and there was a security/parking lot light right out of our room.

Dated property in dire need of renovation. Bathroom not well cleaned. No cover plate on electrical switch at front of unit. Door sticks and is a struggle to get in or out of unit. Breakfast bar is very disappointing. Positives include clean sheets and linens, friendly staff, safe location and easy parking.

This is a perfectly serviceable, no frills motel. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though they do not offer housekeeping during a stay. The continental breakfast offered no GF options and was therefore not an option for us. We enjoyed visiting with other guests on the gazebo, and several families with young kids seemed to enjoy the pool.

This property is the worse Quality Inn - the pictures are not the pictures of this hotel. Looks like front of hotel had damage and some parts were under construction. The staff hardly speaks English and hard to understand. We had a car alarm going off all night outside our room and after calling 3 times to front desk finally at 3:30 it stopped. No ice machine on the property that worked. Air conditioned worked and hot water. About the only things good. We didn’t feel it was clean enough to even try the breakfast. Would not recommend and Expedia needs to check into the condition of this hotel.

There was no rack or closet to hang anything. The water from the sink was one Stream that came out very slowly. The shower was even worse, and I am not exaggerating. I’m assuming they turned the water pressure down to conserve. The mattresses were very lumpy. I guess you get what you pay for

Do not book!
The hotel was a scam. The pictures aren’t accurate. There were bugs, the place was filthy. The front staff were not helpful, I was there for 10 minutes and knew this wasn’t the right place for me & my child to stay in, I left, didn’t stay the two nights. Do not stay there!

A dump!
This place is an absolute dump. 2 bugs crawling around the floor. 1 dirty and used washcloth (still damp) hanging in the shower. toilet paper holder broken. floors so dirty, my feet were practically black from walking around loose black hair all over the counter at the sink AC was either non-existent or a freezer - nothing in between.

A little disappointed. It was in a nice location and hotel looked nice from the outside. At first glance going in it looked acceptable but found the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Went and got cleaner and cleaned it myself. The safety latch for the front door was missing 2 mounting screws and the other 2 were partially unscrewed so it would not have stopped an intruder trying to get in. Bathroom door didn't latch and door and baseboards very dingy. Beds were comfortable though. A few quick fixes, some paint, and a competent cleaning person and they would have a very nice room. As is, not so good.

Check in took forever and there wasn’t even anybody else in line but us. After taking forever, they only gave us 1 room when I booked 2 rooms so had to wait again and take out my ID and credit card AGAIN. When I got to my room- the door opens and the shining sun reveals the floor is dirty with previous hairs and dirt and dust etc. I called front desk and ask for a broom bc floor was dirty. When the guy arrived, he just said “I want to see” after pointing out the dirtiness, no apology no remorse whatsoever, he just leaves with no explanation and didn’t even bring me a broom. Nobody came back and no reason why it was dirty, no communication at all. I DESPISE a dirty floor and there were dust bunnies on lamp shades AND a very worn out telephone in the room that DOESN’t even work!! The shower had black mold in the corners, they can at least attempt to spray it with Tilex! The mold was alive and apparent! It is unacceptable especially charging over $100 dollars for a night. I will not be supporting this Quality Inn ever again, i would rather spend $200 per night somewhere else. There is absolutely no quality at this Inn!

Facility was old and not clean. Shower had mildew. Under bath mirror has not been painted. You get what you pay for. If I wanted nicer, I guess I should have paid more. I did feel safe as the surroundings had ample lighting.

Room needed some major upkeep, very dark and dingy, the floors where very dirty, i took a shower with almost no pressure and had to wear shoes in the shower due to the lack of cleanliness (i would have been better off washing my hair in the sink then the shower due to having absolutely no water pressure). when getting out of the shower and doing my hair i had to reclean my feet again as they were black from walking on the floor after only 10 mins, i also had a very obnoxious light beaming through the window curtains all night from the hallway lights. i would give this room 1 star only and that is a stretch.

I was disappointed in little things that weren't finished, there was 2 refrigerators, one not plugged in the other leaked water. The air conditioner was loud abd didnt keep the room cool even being set at 60 degrees. The shower floor was not clean. The mattresses were terrible. Couldn't sleep well the entire time there. The room has potential, they just need to complete a room before having anyone stay in the room. The ice machine was nasty. The trash outside the rooms smelled from the heat. I realize they are renovating, hopefully it will get better. V. Brown

Working A/C was the highlight
The outside was in disrepair and the floor of the room was dirty. Ledge of half wall in the bathroom was filthy. Sliding glass door of shower would slide open on its own. Would never stay there again.
