Take the covered stairs up to the main floor and you are greeted with an open-plan living, dining, and updated kitchen area. Alongside this open space, you'll find three charming bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a separate office/laundry room. The home also boasts 2 screened porches, one on the front and another on the back, offering additional living spaces and places to unwind. The back screened porch comes complete with an additional table for outdoor dining and a sundeck overlooking the nicely landscaped and fenced-in backyard.

The kitchen showcases modern appliances including a smooth top range and beautiful quartz countertops. A central island provides additional countertop space to prep your culinary creations for family and friends.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
