The room was very suitable and comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a balcony. I do think that some art on the walls would make it seem less institutional, and access to shampoo and conditioner would be great as well. Those are not complaints, only recommendations. 'This hotel was quite acceptable. They could have a couple more large towels in room ( they had two for two people). We were told at the front desk about free water bottles available in the room. The free water was not for us, but instead marked for rewards members only. How tacky Hilton! That's not hot! Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay. Thank you.'
