'We loved our stay here, the family that run it were so helpful and friendly location is excellent to get to beaches and easily get buses around the island. We were able to hire a car on site for a few days which was convenient. The Thursday night sundowner drinks at their home were an excellent touch and we got to meet people. '

'The property was fantastic very spacious plenty of room to move about, the property had everything we needed it was very clean when we arrived our host was already waiting for us and explained everything thoroughly. . The location was just right 3 minutes walk to Paynes Bay west coast. The Supermarket, Petrol station and other shops were just a driving distance. We could freely move around to different beaches beacuse of our location '

'We had a great time at paynes bay. Madaline and William are very kind and helpfull. We could use the sunbeds of the beachbar while waiting for our check-in time. In the first day William took us to the supermarket as we had no Rental car. The approximity of the beach and the bar with a simple but good meal or drinks is just the thing you want for a holiday in Barbados. The kitchen is wel equiped and the beds are better than at home. I can highly recommend this apartement to anyone.'

'We cannot praise enough and whole heartedly recommend this beautiful spacious vacation property and its gracious host, Rodney. It is beautifully furnished and meticulously maintained and has full access to the onsite amenities - pools, spa… Access to incredible restaurants and beaches are a walk, bus or taxi away! Rodney has fabulous intel on everything from where to go for fine dining, the best beaches, fishing …..Honestly we will be back and would stay nowhere else!! Oh and the sunset views...

'This property was just what our family needed for our first trip to Barbados!! It was very close to Holetown and the beautiful west coast beaches. It was also easy to drive to and explore the more rugged east coast. Although some places are within walking distance, the roads are narrow and there are no sidewalks so we didn’t chance it!! The house was spacious and clean, and the outdoor space is a private oasis. The house does seem to need a bit of TLC but all the basic necessities were there and...
