As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a beautifully decorated and spacious living area. The living room features a large and comfortable sofa, a 65-inch smart TV & DVD, and a Breakfast Bar table that can seat up to 8 people. The room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quality time with your loved ones.

The kitchen dining room is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen has two doors that lead to the garden, where you'll find a large-sized charcoal/gas barbecue and seating for up to 6 people. The outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a summer evening with friends.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the second floor and feature single sofa beds that can sleep 1 person each. Bedroom 4 also has an en-suite shower and washbasin, while bedroom 5 has an en-suite shower.

The property has a family bathroom that is newly fitted with a bath with a shower, a curved glass shower screen, a washbasin, and a Wc. The bathroom has sparkling wall and floor tiles that add a glamorous touch, giving the space a hotel-quality feel.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and our neighbors, noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 10:00. This includes no loud music or parties. We have noise monitors installed in the entire property, set to a fair level, to ensure this policy is adhered to. If you trigger a noise alert, you will be contacted by phone, text, and/or email. If the problem continues or you do not respond to us, our security team may be called out to visit the property, and a charge will be passed onto you. Failure to comply could result in further visits, charges, and, in extreme circumstances, you may be asked to leave the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
