'We had a wonderful one-week stay. The owner communicated with us several times before and during our stay, providing clear and helpful instructions for check-in and answering any questions we had. We truly appreciated their kindness and responsiveness. The room was clean, bright, and had a beautiful, open view. It was very comfortable, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you!'

'The room is on the 23rd floor. To get there you have to use the stairs or the elevators. At least one of the elevators was broken for about half the time were there.The room itself was fine. When we arrived the smoke detector was chirping. A maintenance worker was there within 30 minutes to fix it. The coffee maker was gross -didn't look like it has been maintained. We ended up getting coffee from the store down the block every day. However everything else cooking wise was in fine condition. We...

'Great view'

'It was hard to check in. I am not proficient at cell phones,(I'm 76 years old),but my son could figure out some things. We were given the wrong combination for the door of the condo. I had to phone vrbo to get Michelles' phone number to get the lockbox picture and door code. Michelle was very nice and spent a lot of time to straighten out everything .We loved the condo and hated to leave it. Location was perfect for us. Would have loved to meet Michelle.'

'The room was as advertised and had recently been updated nicely! Brenda was an excellent host and very accommodating! My only complaint would be the location and the upkeep on the building. Even though it was near the beach and in the general area of nice high rise rentals, the building is very run down and the one-two streets you have to walk down to get there is very sketchy. Other than that, it worked ok for us.'

'The view was beautiful to the beaches and shoreline. Beach accessories were provided which helped tremendously! The room was ok, but outdated. The bedroom TV never worked, so we only had one working TV in the condo. Towels were not up to par. Only given 6 wash towels and 4 bath towels for a week long stay. Although access to laundry was available, the were pay operated. Parking also had to be paid even after paying to stay! Bedroom sheets were dingy as well. I didn’t receive the instructions...

'Beautiful place for a family of 5. Short walk to Waikiki beach. The place was clean and quiet and well Appointed! Lovely and close place place to Waikiki. Also the building had a nice front desk staff and the availability of laundry and pool facilities.'

'We absolutely loved our stay here in Luana Waikiki hotel and suites.This is our 3rd stay and it doesn’t disappoint. Staff is attentive and friendly. The pool area is very clean and inviting, with lots of towels.We like to walk so this hotel is close enough to walk into the busy Waikiki area without all the extra noise. I would highly recommend a stay at Luana Waikiki.'
