Everything was fine but for a new hotel, they need to keep the maintenance going every time we say something is broken. The paint is not on the wall. The shower piece is broken off. It’s a five star resort and it’s acting like it’s a two star get your maintenance get your housekeepers to update you on how the rooms are looking. Marriott is a prestige business so let’s keep that hotel looking good you guys but we stay there twice a month and every time they need to keep the maintenance up I guess because they hire an hourly employees to Claim but no Manager is walking in the rooms inspecting the rooms again all the showers are broken all the time paint is not finished on the wall. They’re patching stuff up. The furniture is torn, I like this hotel is very convenient for my family. They do a great job on keeping the outside looking good and the view area where you check in, but they don’t keep the rooms together. We had to switch rooms the last time because of the bed and the mattress so again this is just my point of view which I’m sure other customers I have noticed that and just haven’t said anything, but your staff should be doing their job updating checking off doing repair repairs. Do you have the money to do it just someone needs to get on their job.
