'Everything was just perfect! First we've been welcomed by Lincoln and he was so nice, gentle and polite. He made we feel like we were home. Special thanks to him. The room was super clean and comfy, the bed and pillows so comfortable and the shower is really good. Our room had a great view to the mountains and lake. The breakfast was also really good and worthy for the price. We really enjoyed staying at Kassaboera and we hope to come back when returning to the region. Cheers from Brazil.'

From arranging a late check in and leaving our key with the friendly security Hendrik, to getting breakfast in the room delivered by Rhoda and Ayesha, the service was simply extraordinary. Would also like to acknowledge Amina who was to clean our room after our departure.
