The space
From the moment you enter Senja Ulu Villa, you are welcomed by a private swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the island.

You will be staying in a newly built 2025 villa located in Pecatu, within a quiet and emerging villa complex that offers a peaceful escape from the city’s bustle. Set close to the dramatic Uluwatu cliff area, the villa is just a short drive from the sacred and magnificent Uluwatu Temple.

The villa is well located for guests who enjoy discovering Uluwatu’s natural coastline. Nunggalan Beach, approximately 3.8 km away, is the closest beach and is known for its beautiful views and scenic landscape, making it a rewarding spot to visit. Nearby Samsara Beach (around 1.7 km away) is more secluded and undeveloped beach, ideal for guests who enjoy exploring quieter, less-crowded areas at their own pace. As with many natural beaches in Uluwatu, access is more rustic, and we simply recommend taking your time while visiting.

The villa features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom complete with a shower and hot water. The fully enclosed living area ensures comfort throughout the day and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a TV with Netflix access. You simply need to log in using your own Netflix account.

Step up to the rooftop terrace overlooking the bay, where you can relax under the open sky. During the dry season, sunsets are especially beautiful, with the sky often transforming into soft, colorful shades as the sun goes down.

For your comfort, daily housekeeping service is provided six days a week. The usual day off is Sunday, though this can be adjusted to another day upon request. Pool maintenance is carried out twice a week, and a 24/7 on-call concierge service is available to assist you at any time.

As the villa is surrounded by nature, you may notice natural sounds and the presence of local animals, such as roosters. This is part of the authentic Uluwatu experience, and our team carries out regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. If you plan to bring your own scooter or rent one during your stay, scooter parking is available at the villa for your convenience.

Other things to note
🌴 Your stay includes daily cleaning (6 days per week), regular pool & garden care, and high-speed WiFi so you can stay connected. Bath and pool towels are provided for each guest, and a safety box is available in every bedroom for your valuables.

• How can I organize some services during my stay?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.

• Can you pre-fill the fridge for me before I arrive?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).

• Do you provide laundry services?
We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.

• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
- No parties or events/no loud noise at night.
- No overnight visitors unless asked to the villa manager or host who will be able to provide the necessary extra bed(s) upon request (extra cost).
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms (only smoke in open areas / use ashtrays provided by the villa).
- No security deposit is required, however any damages made to the villa or its amenities during the stay would be fully charged to the tenants before the check-out procedure.
