The villa has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and capacity for 6 people. The 216 m² accommodation, very bright and cozy, is distributed over 2 floors with very spacious rooms.
On the first floor, the villa offers an elegant living room with a large sofa to relax, flat screen satellite TV and free WiFi. Likewise, it leads to a dining room with lots of light and a large table to eat all together. From the dining room there is also access to the independent kitchen that is fully equipped with an induction cooker, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishes and bowls. On this same floor there is a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a bathroom with a shower.
From the kitchen there is access to the wonderful and spacious 95 m² terrace, where the pool is located with hammocks, an outdoor table and chairs and the barbecue area. The second covered terrace of 14 m² is accessed from the living room. In this one you can enjoy a fantastic dining table and chairs and views of the mountains and the garden with fruit trees.
On the second floor, we find 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen Size bed and the other with a King Size bed, a modern bathroom with shower and 2 large terraces with incredible views of the Golf Club and the mountains.
