Mooie moderne villa met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met verwarmd privézwembad en centrale verwarming

  • De villa heeft een doodlopende straat op een groot omheind aangelegd perceel met 10m optioneel verwarmd zwembad. Uitzicht op zee vanaf de eerste verdieping. Tien minuten loopafstand van Coral Bay Beach en de belangrijkste strip. Het privézwembad heeft Romeinse treden en is omgeven door een patio en een aangelegde tuin en fruitbomen. Drie slaapkamers, een badkamer met grote terrassen buiten, met fantastisch uitzicht, kleedkamer op de eerste verdieping, tweede en derde slaapkamer en badkamer op de begane grond. De keuken is groot en goed uitgerust, met granieten werkbladen en ontbijtbar. Mooie lounge met lederen banken, open haard TV, DVD, satelliet-tv en wifi. De bakstenen barbecue staat in de tuin dicht bij de overdekte buiten dineren. Er is voldoende off-road parkeerplaats samen met een overdekte pergola voor schaduw. We hebben een volledig alarmsysteem voor extra gemoedsrust.

The villa was exactly as listed, and in great condition, with a welcome pack to cover breakfast waiting for us upon arrival. Lisa and Felix were very helpful hosts, with great communication prior to our holiday and throughout. The air con worked well, and we were in easy reach of the beach and main strip. Lisa also helped out with transfers and further accommodation after our check out, which was really appreciated. Overall, the holiday was wonderful, and definitely one to remember for years to come.

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location. Still walking distance from the strip and local amenities. Brilliant outdoor space with very large pool. Everything inside was clean and worked well. Aircon and showers both very good. We all had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend or return.

The villa was in a great location - coastal, supermarket less than 5 mins away by car, furniture very comfortable (not always the case in holiday properties ) with Uk tv as a bonus on rainy evenings. Also very private. Would love to stay again

Beautiful Villa

Nice quiet location 15 minute walk to the strip for restaurants and 20 mins to beach. Villa has everything you need and wonderful pool. Great communication from Lisa and Felix and tips for dining and car rental and the welcome package was a nice touch.

Lovely villa, great pool

Villa and grounds were really nice, pool was bigger than expected and just about warm enough without the heating on. Nice 15mins walk down to the beach, bars and restaurants. Lisa was lovely arranged cab from airport and back, really helpful.

Ideally situated for our short Easter break. Beach, restaurants and supermarket all in walking distance. Perfect location for exploring this area of Cyprus. Very helpful hosts made it easy to plan our booking. Well recommended.

AMAZING

We couldn't be happier with our stay. Everything was as described. We will be highly recommending and hope to come back again. The villa itself is 5* and you can not beat the location. Communication with Lisa before and during our stay was so good and the welcome pack and guide was just perfect.

Amazing villa for our honeymoon

Lisa and Felix were amazing hosts! Easy to get in touch with and were let us check out late The villa is located in a perfect location, close to the supermarket, bars, restaurants and the beach. Everything in the villa was great, so clean and well equipped Pool was nice and warm without the need for heating Cant wait to stay at this villa again soon!

Fabulous Break

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Krysali. We travelled as 4 adults and a toddler, the property was perfect for our group and our toddler barely left the pool. It was easy to walk into Coral Bay where there was a good selection of bars and restaurants. We had a slight issue with the aircon in one of the bedrooms but Lisa and Felix were quick to resolve this for us. Lisa was also extremely helpful in helping us arrange airport transfers and a hire car. Overall a fabulous stay and we were sad to leave!

This is a fantastic villa and in such a good location. The villa is amazing inside and out.The highlight of course being the 10m x 5m pool. As a family we spent many happy hours relaxing round the pool and playing games in it. The depth of the pool is approximately 5', so whilst it is not suitable for diving it was perfect for playing water volley ball and other ball games.Inside the villa is spotlessly clean and very spacious. The beds were comfy and the air con in the bedrooms very effective and welcome.There is a very good and large supermarket within a 6 minute walk or a few minutes drive. The supermarket has a really good butcher and fish monger. The Coral Bay Strip is about a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. The first 5 minutes is along the main road (we took a torch just make sure we could be seen at night). The "Strip" has a lots of bars and very good restaurants serving high quality food with lots of choice.We were very sad to leave at the end of the 2 weeks and will certainly be coming back!

Beautiful villa with super views

This villa is just as described in the on line details what the photos show is how the villa presents. The views from the upstairs terraces are wonderful with sunsets across the sea. We really enjoyed it all, Felix was around looking after the pool answering any questions but never intrusive, perfect.

Lovely villa

Villa was clean and tidy and as expected. Pool heating worked and was nice, and grounds were lovely. Building work next door which wasn't the best, but wasn't the fault of our villa, just let the holiday down slightly. Location was good as was far enough away, but close enough to walk to everything.

A fantastic stay!

My family and I had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. The villa was spotless on arrival and we had everything we needed for our stay. The whole place was really well kept inside and out and really comfortable. The pool is absolutely stunning and so huge! The outside space is lovely to relax and enjoy the Cyprus weather. Local shops and plenty of great restaurants are all super close by and the beach is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay, the host was really helpful and provided us with lots of information as well as some great discounts to restaurants and even the Waterpark which was great! The area is really nice and easy to get around. Thank you for an incredible week, we would definitely love to return soon!
