'We checked in late Friday, and the front desk staff was very personable and pleasant. On Monday morning we had an issue with our room key not working, and again staff was extremely kind and patient even though we could tell they were having a busy morning. The hotel was perfect walking distance to the amphitheater and I highly recommend it if you're in town for a show. They limit washing/cleaning which is great for the environment, but only have plastic utensils and disposable coffee cups. '
